Just one Bara, cut it to small chunks, big enough to go through a small keg. Either 5 liters or 2.5 liters keg.

tank u,DH had varicocele surgery n went back for scan after 3months,d left varicocele reduced to grade 2 while d right is yet to b reduced.he was asked to come back for another scan 3months later.tank u for d update.

Abeg, what is the recommended dose for vit e and vit b6. The one I got is 1000iu and 100mg respectively and I felt those are too much, esp since I read somewhere that too much of b6 can damage nerves

The ones you got are not too much. Take 1 each daily. However, its advisable to go lower in Vit E dosage after Ovulation so since what you have is 1000iu you can just stop altogether after Ovulation. Although dangerous levels is anything above 1000iu. Hope this helps.

No please. Take the Ruzu Bitters first. once you're done, you can then start taking the Met, VitB6 and Folic Acid, they can be taken together.

what my Gynea prescribed for me to use when i was bleeding non stop was Tranexamic acid and not Primolut N. other sabi mamas will answer your question soon.

Thehomemaker. I concur with 4realwoman on Tranexamic Acid. Am not sure about using Primolut to stop bleeding. Mixing Cayenne Pepper in cold water and drinking also reduces bleeding. To build up the blood loss, if you're Yoruba or live amongst Yoruba's, ask for Hospital Too Far Leaves, boil in water, add milk and drink. it boosts blood fast. Taking Iron supplements, Vit B6, drinking Water from Pumpkin leaves, Eating Liver also helps to boost blood. But more importantly you need to find out what caused the heavy blood loss and an almost non stop period so that you can tackle it from the roots. Fibroids perhaps?

You're already on the right path. They should've also tested for infection to be sure it's not an infection causing the Oligospermia. But don't worry 14.9million is very close to the average 20mill acceptable number and the Percentage Motility and Morphology is good. Like they say, it takes just one healthy sperm. Encourage him to take tea drugs religiously. God bless you sooner than soon.

LegalDivaa and Dadsonval . I don't know any Fibroids shrinking drug. I eventually had to for Myomectomy (Fibroid Removal Surgery ) after trying lots of things unsuccessfully. Although there's an RCCG Midwife that once trended on the thread here as having herbal drugs that shrink Fibroids. Don't know about authenticity though. Her contact number is 08034534610. I already had surgery before she started trending so I never tried her drugs but I copied/stored the number though. God bless.

Good evening sisters, I am quite new here and have been TTC for 6yrs. I just concluded a cycle of ivf which unfortunately resulted in BFN (I just tested today). It is really difficult and depressing to cope with the negative result, but what can one do? It is what it is! I have hydrosalphix and some blockage(the hydro was drained before the ivf). I want to start serrapeptase, the Chinese teas and cleanpoint tampons. When is the ideal time to start using these supplements, bearing in mind that my body has been pumped full of all sorts of drugs for the procedure. I have not seen AF yet after the procedure (embryo transfer was exactly 14 days ago). So please, when is the ideal time to start these supplements? Also can I use them with coq10, evening primrose, vit E, folic acid, l'arginine and dhea? Thanks for your responses.

Sorry that you're going through this. I like your strong spirit, picking yourself up and ready to fight for your miracle. I'd suggest you don't rely on just the test strip, it's not over until AF shows. Am sure you have a test scheduled at the hospital, test and follow your Drs instructions on when to stop Progesterone support if you're on it.

As for the Hydrosalphinx, I believe the best surgical treatment is cutting off the tube instead of just draining the water like you said. I wouldn't know exactly what your Dr did. I'll suggest you seek a second opinion on the Hydrosalphinx treatment and it's status.

For the supplements, please wait until you see and get done with AF. Go easy on combining supplements especially if You're taking the Chinese Tea. Evening Primrose is to be taken fro. CD1 to Ovulation Day. If you're not sure of your Ovulation day, then stop on CD 12. Note that Clean point Tampon or Guaifebao is best used after AF and before Ovulation. Some Mamas here have successfully unblocked their tubes and cleared Hydrosalphinx by Using Guaifebao and Gynapharm by Kedi together. Just take the enzymes to unblock your tubes and clear Hydrosalphinx and leave the other ttc supplements for now. Vit B6 is a good stress reliever, balances hormones and lots more. Can be taking all round d

In case you're going for a Frozen Embryo Transfer or a 2nd IVF, please make sure that your tubes are well taking care of, ensure that your hormones are balanced, follow your Drs prescriptions and take all your medications regularly, eat healthy, exercise and rest. Go for acupuncture session before Egg retrieval and after Embryo Transfer. After Embryo transfer, don't rush home if possible stay in a hotel very close to the hospital for the night even 2 nights so that you're well rested and if in Lagos, go home during no rush traffic hour and let the driver drive slowly especially where there are bumps and potholes. During your 2ww, don't sleep and sit around, rest but make sure you take light walks around the house daily. Watch comedy, laugh & be happy. Above all Pray and be Thankful.

I told u guys I went to complete my hsg on Wednesday. It wasn't that painful as the first attempt cos I took ibuprofen. It was also fast. My result is out. Abeg make our sabi mamas help me interpret am as I no see d doc wey suppose interpret am today being Saturday.

Result;
VOlume of uterine cavity is adequate and the borders are smooth. Both tubes are demonstrated with evidence of free potential spillage.

Perfect Result! Both tubes are open, smooth Uterine wall meaning no signs of Adhesions or Fibroids or anything foreign. Congrats. May God bless you soon with your heart desire, Amen.

Went for HSG and a second pelvic scan today. Hsg result is not out of course but he said nothing much is wrong. Amen. Let me wait n see the little that may need correcting.
For the pelvic scan, they saw two sizeable cysts on the right side and left side of the uterus. Attached. Clomid that I took just once increased the one existing small cyst I had before. And added another big one on the other side. Imagine!
I had noticed a bulge shooting out on my left abdomen, so I stopped all supplements like folic acid ,b6, multivitamin last month. It was confirmed today that its the new cyst!
Blossomedcherry dear, remember I mentioned a bulge /slight bump on one side to you last November after my clomid cycle. It is well o jare. I go see doc after I do hormonal profile next week. The lab techs said the cysts are squeezing the uterus and they are pressing it out of position. Imagine.

Abeg, can cysts be operated on? I am thinking I can kukuma save time and remove it at once. What are my options apart from the usual serrapeptase and castor oil massage.

I concur with the responses you've gotten so far on getting rid of it non surgically. In fact I remember my Dr telling me that these days Cysts are not usually operated on on except in severe cases. I'll suggest you try all the remedies you've been given here first if the Cyst is not causing you any pain and then take it from there. But if it's causing you severe pains, then maybe you should visit a good teaching hospital and consider the Drs advice be it surgery or drugs.

Not more than 3 Teaspoonful of Baking Soda per day. You can take less. Dilute in water to your taste.
