@ Godchild2015. It's alright. I've already commented on the Pelvic Scan result so I'll skip that.

The Progesterone test is quite high which means that you ovulated in that cycle. Where you on any Ovulation induction medication whether herbal or English? That's a good Day 21 progesterone number.

You have an infection that's very sensitive to Ciproflaxin (sp ?) and moderately sensitive to the other antibiotics listed on the test. I'll suggest your husband also does an SFA and test for infection so that you both can treat together.

During the infection treatment, please use CD to BD with your husband or no BD at all until you retest and confirm that the infection is gone. There will be an urge not to do this because you might feel thats your cycle to conceive but believe me it's better to get rid of the infection once and for all. Also wash and disinfect your pants and your husband's boxers during and after treatment. Iron them if you can or spread where sun or sun rays can flash on them.

Am losing weight but my tummy is not getting the weight loss message. Abeg how do you do the Castor Oil Massage without the hot water pack? Just massaging in the oil in circular motion? Kindly clarify.

Abeg forget weight and scale, just use tailors tape and take your measurements or use a dress or Jean and then re-measure using your choice measurement next time. Dress Sizes and Measurements are more accurate/perfect measures than scale. I no send my scale again because at my current weight before now, I was a Size 14/15 and yesterday at same weight am a Size 12.

No vex my Sister. I didn't use the HCG brand name Pregnyl when I took the trigger shot. I can't remember the name of the brand but it seems to be the popular brand around my area as I was able to find it in 3 Pharmacies. 1st Pharmacy - N2,750, 2nd Pharmacy - N3,400 for 5000iu and 3rd Pharmacy N5,000 for the same 5000iu. All three Pharmacies were the exact same brand. This was late July. Don't know if there's any price change now.

I need to do some adjustments to make it in to a larger size version. And also tweek some of the techniques... but all in all i must say i am pleased with it. It hasnt been tested yet though. Will have to wash it first and let you know how it performs in terms of absorbency.

As per the high prolactin, I went to a pharmacy and demanded for dostinex and I ended up going home with Stella carbogoline ( yes, I know dostinex is also carbogoline but there is no dostinex written on it) I hope it works cos I started yday night.

Also help the Cabergoline ministry by eating Cabbage as much as you can and taking Vit B6 too. As little as 50mg of Vit B6 daily goes a long way in all things ttc and more. Happy Weekend.

That's not an indication of anything Bro. Cycle lengths shift based on when Ovulation occurred and if low progesterone, stress or anything shortened the Luteal Phase. All Madam needs to do is to run Pelvic scan and Hormone tests to know if anything is amiss. The husband should also run Seminal Fluid Analysis to ascertain the state of his sper.mies and that's how you can decipher if there's anything medically stopping her from achieving pregnancy. Hope this helps

@ Godchild2015, you have Intramural and Subserous Fibroids. Everyother thing is fine, no Cysts and no infection. Normally they don't interfere with Fertility. What Drs would normally do in this case if all other Fertility parameters are ok, is to try to achieve pregnancy for a couple of cycles before singling the Fibroids out as the culprit if no conception is achieved. Although the 9cm Fibroid is actually big so I really don't know. Your Dr will advice you better.

I'll suggest you start Castor Oil Massage, Taking Lemon Juice mixed with water to help curtail the Fibroids and possibly reduce their size. Take care.

You need to get a scan done to determine if you have PCOS or not but your hormone profile there's no indication. if you're Overweight, I'll suggest you start eating healthy and incorporate mild exercises into your lifestyle.

As for the high Prolactin, Drugs will be Dostinex, Bromocriptine, Parlodel
For more natural approach, Inositol Supplement, Vit B6, Steamed Ewedu Leaves, Cabbage.

Omega 3,6,9 is safe all through the cycle including the Luteal Phase. What you should watch out for is if it has Evening Primrose Oil. Some brands of Omega 3,6,9 have Evening Primrose Oil as part of the ingredient. Even though I think its a minimal amount, I wouldn't personally take any thing containing Evening Primrose Oil after ovulation because it causes Uterine Contractions and can disturb implantation and pregnancy.

Kindly advice: DH recently went for semen analysis and the result from two different labs says 0 million sperm count, 0% motility, 0% active, 0% sluggish infact everything was captured as zero. Hi Dear, you're welcome to the thread. may your stay be fruitful and short. Sorry you're going through this, I pray the good Lord surprises you soon. Zero everything as you put it is not the end of the world. He should see a Urologist that will conduct further testing to determine what could be holding the sperm back. It could be an atrophy (blockage) or Varicocele or whatever but do know that there is always a way out. Finding out the root cause will help you determine a solution, if its something that will require surgery or what drugs, antibiotics and/or supplements can help out with.

At the worst cases of Zero counts, IVF with ICSI and TESE can be done where they use a fine needle to go into the scrotal sac of the man to extract sper.m from the production source because most times at least a couple of sperm can be found there. This option is for couples who are bent on having their own Biological Kids. There are options of fathering with Donor Eggs, Donor Spe.rm and even adoption but I won't even go into this controversial and touchy zones.

Its human nature to be sad, cry and be depressed, cry small if it will make you feel better but don't over cry like you have no hope. But in all of this God has the final say if you believe in God or He who holds the Higher Power in whatever Religion you practice and if you're an atheist then the best Dr. / Medical Art you can find it is. So do all you can and pray all you can or just Do all you can. You ain't hopeless, so don't be depressed, depression won't help a thing rather it will spoil things. You need to be strong for your husband. If you're depressed, imagine how he will be feeling. He needs your support.
