Good Old cheap white cotton singlet does just fine as the flannel. If your husband has one you can discard, just cut up and use. otherwise you can buy small children's own or a cheap men's own for like N150-N200 and use.

Below are the things to increase EWCM and Veejay wetness.

Natural things / Alternative Methods:

1. Grapefruit Juice squeezed inside warm water. Drink the mixture and drink lots of water during the day - Worked Great! Problem was seeing Grapefruit to buy and the Cost.

2. Eat Cucumber and drink lots of water during the day (I've tested and it works) - Worked Great! Challenge was the taste of the Cucumber cause I ate it alone without Groundnut or anything, I don't know if eating with Groundnut will reduce the efficacy.

3. Insert the Egg White of fresh and pasteurized chicken eggs like 30mins before BD. - Worked Great! Challenge was how to insert. I was able to use big syringe. I removed the needle, cut off the small part where you fix the needle and then used. 1st time, I used an unused Preseed syringe from the last preseed I bought Please don't do baking Soda Finger if using this as the PH of Egg Whites are already high and great for conception of Male Babies.

4. Mix Lime Juice, 1 Egg into Lipton Tea and drink. This was shared on the thread and
confirmed by another Mama. Note that lime is controversial in ttc so my advice will be to do only in Fertile window and stop after Ovulation. You can however take Lemon water all through your cycle. - Worked Great!

5. Baking Soda (Bicarbonate of Soda) Finger: Worked Great! I love doing this because its known to help with onception of Male Babies. I do this even when am using Preseed. I raises the PH of Preseed to help Male baby conception


Orthodox Ways

1. Take Evening Primrose Oil Capsules before Ovulation and stop immediately after Ovulation. It can affect implantation or even cause early miscarriage if taken after ovulation. Drink lots of water throughout the day. - Didn't work for me unfortunately even though I took the maximum dose

2. Omega 3 ,6 & 9 (there's a Capsules that combines the 3 in one) take throughout your cycle to balance tour hormones and increase mucus especially Fertile mucus. Drink lots of water throughout the day. - Was good. Also helped me with other things like Hair Growth, Nails, Skin, Balanced Hormones.

3. Use Preseed or Conceive Plus lubricant which mimics the Fertile cervical mucus and is safe and helps the swimmers go up there and stay alive for ttc couples (if you decide on this, use half the recommended quantity otherwise you'll be so wet and it will be so slippery that your DH might not enjoy it. - Worked Great

4. Fairhaven's Fertile CM Supplement - Never tried this. Checked the price once and ran like Usain Bolt.

5. Vit B6 - Worked Great! My Love. Helped me with Progesterone Support in the Luteal Phase, Stress Relief, Hormone Balancing, Prolactin Levels, healthy kpekusing Appetite in fact plenty orisirisi this very cheap N5.00 (Five naira) tablet can do for you both for during TTC and when not TTC.

Good morning, mamas. I hope we had a good night rest. Please i need assistance. Af came on Tuesday evening and the pain was something else. I expected it because the sugary things i took last month is enough to open a sugar factory. So i decided to try the garlic, ginger tea. OMG! After taking it, it was as if the pain decided to come with its family. I resorted to taking good ol' and trusted felvin. Unfortunately, good ol' felvin has dried up the blood. Just little coming out now. Please i need suggestions on how to make it flow. Should i continue the ginger garlic tea? Any other thing? Read mama fvine talking about pineapple. Please answer me if you have an answer. Make the thing flow o. Nothing must hinder ovulation this month. I regret taking the felvin but the pain was already dragging me to the world beyond. TIA

Sorry about the pain, I read Felvin is not good for TTC. You can try eating Pineapple, it works great in increasing flow for me. I sometimes get dried up on Day 3rd night and I'd just eat Pineapple to get a good 4day Flow instead of spotting. Eat all of the Pineapple, core and flesh. If you're in Lagos, the way Mallams and Mamas selling fruit peel and cut up everything. If you're peeling on your own, peel the body and eat up everything, don't cut out the strong middle.

Dear sis, @Towerofgrace, how's the castor oil therapy going. I just started mine...quite messy. The castor oil i found in most pharmacies are the same and it's oral. I kept looking for organic castor oil but no hope, I hope it's the right one.
@Fvine, my e_doctor , I started mine mid cycle o. I hope it doesnt affect anything since I'm on BC & off TTC for now.

@ e-doctor. No it wouldn't but don't use the Castor Oil when you're bleeding (AF)

@ Mamakendra My Sis, Good plan you've got there. Make the Kunu Aya for him always since he takes that. Also incorporate Fruits and Veggies into his foods as much as he is willing to take. I pray that the good Lord that surprised you the 1st time with your Son will also surprise you again with the daughter and as many children as your heart desires even before you save up for IVF, Amen.

I've also decided to start making plans for a loan for IVF next year and just pray it works, this would be as a last resort if I don't get my BFP this year. God's blessing either way is a blessing, whether through natural or ART.

Couple Struggling Problem Solution Child(ren) produced Biblical Reference

1. Abraham and Sarah: Both well advanced in age and beyond the age of childbearing (Genesis 18:11). God promises them a child (Genesis 17:15-21, Genesis 18:9-15). Abraham and then Sarah believe the promise (Genesis 15:6, Hebrews 11:11). God gave them a son - Isaac Genesis 15-21

2. Isaac and Rebekah: Rebekah was barren Issac pleads with the Lord on behalf of his wife and God grants his plea. God gave them Twins: Esau and Jacob Genesis 25:21

I once had debris in the Uterus, a friend suggested Pineapple during AF so that the debris will go with it, the bleeding no be here oh even bled an extra day but after that, the debris seen on scan was gone.

I had a pelvic scan and a normal scan and that was how the cyst was detected. Fortunately for me my periods had always been regular, the doctor did mention that PCOS does not always mean an irregular cycle. I could have a regular cycle but not be ovulating. I found out after all my tests that I did ovulate though.

Your Dr. is right. Am also one of the ladies diagnosed of PCOS with a regular cycle.

Praise be unto the most hight God! My sisters, I am still in awe...... Please help me thank God for his ever wonderful mercies.

So I realised I have had all the signs of AF but no show, I honestly don't know exactly when to expect it as it has been skipping it's date a lot lately, so yesterday after work, I was feeling very feverish with a severe cold and I decided I will go into a pharmacy shop near my area, I told the lady how I was feeling she looked at me and jokingly said, madam, why don't you do a pregnancy test first? You can come back later for a malaria treatment pack if it's negative. So I bought 3 packs of the test and went home. I was feeling worse by the time I got home hence I went straight to the bathroom had my bath and went to bed.

Strangely, I woke up around 3:30 am and I couldn't sleep again then I decided, let me do the test before DH wakes up, cos I have always wanted to surprise him if ever I got a BFP.

My dear E-Sisters I couldn't control my tears as those two bold lines appeared on the stick! OMG, how can this be? God, you are truly and wonderfully amazing.

I still haven't told DH as I am not sure how I am feeling, I can't explain it, I guess I am still coming to terms with it.

I will come back later with my story, diagnosis and what I did differently this month. My sisters God is alive and He will surely surprise all of us with a BFP.

1. Shout and give thanks to God, my shout and singing will announce to DH cos I'll be testing either at night or early morning and on a weekend so that I won't have to go out all through the day make I no jam person or person jam me out of my excitement
2. I go begin waka jeje (small small) don't want any stress on my twins and no more Jeans or tight waist skirts and trousers cos I don't want any pressing on my Twins.
3. WhatsApp and/or call my friends from the thread here to share the good news. Family members will only get to know when am in my 2nd trimester ie at 4months. Post my BFP here as well
4. Inform my Family Friend a Pastor who has always been there and in June sowed a seed of faith and prayers begging God for me to get pregnant within a particular time frame.
5. Inform the Rev Frs that have prayed for me and supported me in this journey
6. Inform my Dr and ask him to review the drugs am taking. Dash out all ttc things I have and also sow seeds too
7. Post my WIDD which is going to be an epistle. I already have it typed out in my mind
8. Register officially on the Preggy Thread and appoint myself Team Captain
9 Begin my online window shopping for Modern Cloth Diapers, marking down those I need to buy and buying them whenever the right opportunity presents itself. Will be seeking out help from Mamas in UK and US, may God help me - Na Cloth Diapers go finish my money.
10. Begin to make delivery plans.

May God be our strenght during the TTC period..

In most cases, the inability to conceive may be as a result of very minor cases such as :

1. Uterine cynachae resulting from previous abortion or myomectomy (surgical removal of fibroid) or C/S.

2. Tubal blockage resulting from PID or toilet infection with virgina discharge.
If the infection is left untreated the discharge will inturn fill in the tubes and block the tubes resulting in hydrosalpings and bilateral tubal blockage where both tubes are block at both ends. In this case the sperm can' t swim through for fertilization to take place.
3. Fibroid.... in cases of fibroid , there is always a high competition between the fetus and fibroid which in most cases the fibroid will overpower the fetus and cause miscarriage.
4. Hormonal factor e.t.c
5. Fault might be from the Man due to low sperm count and other factors.
My advice as a medical radiographer is for women with TTC to always seek for medical attention first before drinking herbal concoction which may also cause severe damages to other functional parts of the body.
My prayer is that God will wipe away your tears and fill their home with children and joy..
From my experience with my patients for HSG examinations, which is an examination done to check the general causes of infertility. I discover that majority was just presented with minor cases mentioned above and was diagnosed and treated through HSG examination. I can testify that so many of them after passing through this test have now become pregnants and others are happy parent already. .

Today is a sad day, my sister inlaw had a miscarriage of twins @ 6 months. So sad burying the twins this morning. When there is life there is hope, thank God she survived though she lost blood. I pray for us all that we will conceive and carry to term in Jesus name.

That's so sad. I thank God for his mercy for sparing the life of your Sister in Law. May God console her and your family, strengthen her, grant her a quick recovery (emotional, physical and all round), Amen. May God also replace what she has lost soon, Amen.
