Can one submit a statement that is morethan 28days with his application? Let's say From 30june to 1st September. Visa application will be submitted today. LaaJiblik: |
Thanks duchess90... My main concern is that my course will be starting 7 September, even if I said I will arrive UK by 5th or 6th September, the chances of getting a visa before those dates is only when I opt for priority or super priority.. I read somewhere that UKVI will be considerate due to pandemic. I will be starting the course online so I thought maybe I can choose a date after the course start date and go with standard visa. Do you think the ECO will have any doubt? Please do you suggest I stick to a date before the course start date? What if I indicate that I'm starting the course online and I choose to arrive UK after a month? NOTE: getting a biometric date is another thing on its own.maybe that's why the latest resumption date was extended till February.i read here that walk in isn't available in some Visa centers duchess90: |
Please my course start date is 07/09/2020 and my latest resumption date is 01/02/2021.. I'm about applying for a visa, is it advisable to choose a later date as when I plan to arrived in the Uk.. thinking of November or December 0r I should stick to date before the course start date.. For those whom have received their Visa please how month vignette sticker was written on it? |

IHS or visa fee and how much do they charged you? iyatrustee: |
Please the amount charge as 344,451 is for what? I guess IHS? If yes how many years? Safiguy4u: |
Thank you so much for taking your time to explain this.. I thought of doing that too Mimilyrics we await your contribution please Oloshi83: |
toyclicks:1020 is that amount for IHS? If it is, how many years is that because some people paid 607-612 here.. IHS is £300per year if you are going for masters you will add £150 making it £450... |
Oma6090:1020 is that amount for IHS? I guess is for two years? |
While cross checking my previous Visa application summary ( I got refusal though). , I noticed I might have mistook place of birth with place of residence... I just noticed that now My birth place is Kano as shown on my passport and my place of residence is Lafia.. The address used during visa application is bearing LAFIA through out because that's where I work and reside.. Authorization of my passport too is from Lafia Meanwhile I was giving a chance for admin review after the refusal and while filling the admin review form, I wrote Kano as my place of birth. I also checked that now. the admin review wasn't successful either because I later presented a new document" bank statement" which I didn't present in my previous visa application.. so the admin reviewer upheld the decision of the ECO as they don't accept new evidence and the can't verify the bank statement as the fund didn't matured upto 28days...I got delay from my employer in crediting my account that's why I made used of the award letter as someone told me it will suffice. Note: Reason for the refusal is that " despite numerous attempt to verify my award later the result return back inconclusive. Please how do I address the question below Have you ever: given false information when applying for a visa, leave to enter, or leave to remain.. I wrote Lafia instead of Kano as my place of birth during visa application but during admin review I wrote Kano... Is this little error term as given false information?? It wasn't intentional I intend to reapply for visa as I await my CAS.. Mimilyric@ justwise help a brother @ my fellow Nairalanders please you suggestion is needed |

gracedforever:Please is there need for one to open an e-wallet or is just a straight forward thing? How much were you charge please? |

tswft:I have been requesting for it since June oo... Coventry get wahala.. let's hope for this coming week sha |

IHS is not upto that amount unless if you are paying for 2years.. £300 per year+£150 half year making £450 for masters degree.. From October IHS will rise |
Alot of confusion regarding 28days Bank statement.. Someone printed his bank statement from 1st July to 29 July.. His school issued him CAS and told him to make use of the same statement during Visa application.sofar he applied for the visa in 30days from the day of his closing balance which is 27july..i.e it shouldn't be upto 28 of August before the application Paid his NHS and ViSa fee on 13th of August and submitted his application same day. Did his biometric on 18th August and uploaded his documents same day because he chooses assisted service... So my question goes this way.. Since he submitted and paid for his application on the 13th of August, isn't his bank statement supposed to be from 11 July to 13 August as some people clearly stated here?? Going by what his school told him..he can still used the same bank statement so far it didn't past 30days from the day of his closing balance or printing day( note closing balance date and printing date are the same).. some people also attest to that on this forum.. Abeg oo those whom applied for visa should intervene |
eddieifeoluwa:Morning!!! I have sent you a mail.kindly respond |
Going to Coventry also please let's connect Lesley90: |
It seems Coventry didnt make enquiry from my bank regarding the statement... it was a recent statement I sent all this while. With the way things are going right now in Nigeria, I doubt if after presenting a 28days bank statement one can still used it to apply for visa..my reasons are before your school issue you with CAS, it might have pass 31st from the day the statement starts reading not printing date. But someone here said you can still use the same bank statement for visa application within 30days from the day of printing.. I guess that what you meant from your last statement? Please what do you mean by COV below? This will help you use the same statement you printed for COV for your visa as well if your application is between now and 30days duchess90: |
Second message Thank you for submitting your documents. You have demonstrated you have maintained more than sufficient funds however: Bank statements have to be stamped and signed on all pages. This is the second to the last massage below Thank you for submitting your financial evidence. The bank statement shows sufficient funds but period June 17th – July 14th only shows 27 days of tranactions. Therefore we are unable to approve this document Example 17th June – 15th July would suffice. Please provide updated documents. A letter from your bank confirming funds held for 28 days will suffice but must display the below; • Must have your name • Must show account number • Must show bank’s name and logo • Must show date of letter • Must show the amount of money in the account • Must show that you have held enough money in your account every day for at least 28 days. • Letter must be less than 31 days old on the date of online application Alternatively, If submitting a Bank statement. • Must have your name and address • Must show account number • Must show bank’s name and logo • Must show date of statement • Must show that you have held enough money in your account every day for at least 28 days. • Must show the transactions, and the closing balance after each transaction. • If you are using an electronic bank statement, it must be stamped on every page by the bank. • Statement must be less than 31 days old on the date of online application author=Youngee34 post=92735806]Exactly! That's why I'm really confused as to why the bank statement was rejected, since he had everything checked. Except if he just didn't have sufficient funds throughout the 28days
|
I gat morethan sufficient fund.. Coventry University is just something else.. my tuition fee of #15800 was paid in full since January and from the messages they sent earlier, below is one of them Thank you for submitting your documents. You have demonstrated you have maintained more than sufficient funds however: Bank statements have to be stamped and signed on all pages. You will need to provide updated bank statements which are stamped and dated on all pages. Hope this is clear, if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us. Youngee34: |
The statement didn't captured a transaction on 8th coz the cash has been there before that 8th .. Youngee34: |
Thank you for submitting your documents. I have reviewed the financial documents you have sent through to us but I am unable to approve them for use in a visa application for the follow reasons: 1. You have not demonstrated you have maintained more than sufficient funds over the 28 day relevant time period (only shows funds up to 24/07 and we need to see all transactions up to 09/07 I recommend that in order to meet the financial condition you can provided updated bank statement demonstrating you maintained more than sufficient funds over 28 days relevant time period or provide statement to accompany letter proving funds have been maintained for 28 days. Mimilyric I should have heed to your earlier advice... My bank statement was from 8th July to 6th August There was no transaction on 8th and 9th as well because the cash have been in my account for months. The statement shows a transaction on 24th, 31st July and 4th of August only.. I'm frustrated aswear coz I have sent four different Bank statements to my school. The first one wasnt stamped coz I generated it through GTB mobile App The second one I got a response from my school that it only shows 27days instead of 28days Then I decided to sent 2 different statements From 8july -6th August and also from 9th July -6th August so I got the below response You have not demonstrated you have maintained more than sufficient funds over the 28 day relevant time period (only shows funds up to 24/07 and we need to see all transactions up to 09/07 NOTE: Second and third Statement was generated through online banking and it was stamped |
Lesley90:Still waiting |
Please is there anyone who has gotten CAS from Coventry University? |
