The burden will rest on them to prove him guilty of spraying genuine note and they cannot do that. it will be so easy for him to get one or two people he sprayed the money on to confirm that they were doing a skit and the agreed to spray dummy notes.
Secondly on counterfeiting they have to prove the intention to defraud using the counterfeit notes, before a case of counterfeiting can be established, i can tell you most of our security agencies are so dull. look at EMefiele today with all the evidence around him the EFCC could not even convict him of anything.
