Yes i know very well how to read terms more than your demigods. I have worked with companies and i know how long it takes our legal team to reviews contract terms before signing. The last time my company awarded a contract worth over $6b to a foreign contractor abroad our legal teams took up to 6 months to review the contract terms giving feedback at every turn before the contract was eventually sign. Even at that during execution contractor at every turn is still filing claims, and we have gone to arbitration in London several times the dismiss their claims, because they are at every turn trying to exploit loopholes in the contract terms.
