Yes, I am owning aigbe money in a business transaction, anything else after that?

Tell me who you are and what relevance you hold in this matter, and I'll accord you due respect. If you can't, then you're really out of your depths here.

The moment Aigbe brought the case to Nairaland is the moment it became our problem and our concern. His bringing the case here means he has tried his very best to get his money back but to no avail. Bringing the case to a public forum means he wants us to help him get his money from you as it is dragging for too long. So as far as this case is concerned, the only person who can shut us up is Aigbe himself - not your long epistle.

I tried being very diplomatic with Odiaero, even to the extent of risking my reputation, but it's obvious he does not understanf that language. I think it's time to do it in another way.

@honeric and Anthonio, it would be nice if we could make use of whatever it is you have against odiaero such as the forged bank papers. We can make use of it to work with the bank and the Nigerian police to declare him wanted. This will also lead to the freezing of his other bank accounts in Nigeria until he is able to clear his name.

We need to act decisively and make life very uncomfortable for him as he has made life very uncomfortable for others.

Shopclue/Wunmi Allen and 4everGod1/bbfever/Sam Ekwueme had better come here to explain the discrepancy in their statement regarding the status of the car. Shopclue said the car have not set sail but 4everGod1 earlier told us he was monitoring the vesel transporting the car on high sea.

4everGod1 said shopclue gave him the shipping info and he was already monitoring it's movement on high sea, this automatically makes 4everGod1 an accomplice if the whole car thing turns out to be a lie. And if he's an accomplice, that makes him a scammer and will definitely lead to his name and details being listed on the infamous list of scammers.

So, the duo of shopclue and 4everGod1 had better come here to clarify the discrepacy in their statement as regards the status of the car because it looks like we are all being played.

Patience is gradually running out.

I'm very sorry to hear about how you've lost all your savings to forex trading but I must say you didnt act like a responsible adult at all. You have young children yet you invested all your savings in forex trading which is 90% gamble and 10% logic. You really should have thought of your kids before acting irrationally by investing all you have in forex trading.

As regards the money you are being owed, we will work hard to make sure you get your money back because scamming must not be tolerated

Odiaero has roughly 4hours more to come here and address the issue of timeline for repayment - diplomacy has its limits.

@Anthonio, were you able to contact Jani and what did he say? Also, how well do you know this Jani? Have you ever met him in person?

@shopclue and 4everGod1, pls clarify the inconsistency in your statements: 4everGod1 earlier said he was monitoring the cargo on high sea but shopclue is now saying the car has not even left the port.

Pls come here to clarify this so we dont term the whole car story one big lie.

[b]I was one of those who forcefully publicized this odiaero case from the very beginning and I was his most vocal critic and opponent, and I didnt see you anywhere around then. So how dare you come now to call me his mouthpiece simply because I'm seeking a peaceful resolution. Ask those who know me in the business and religion sections, they all know me as a fighter but I also know there is a time diplomacy works better. And if after all the cajoling Odiaero still refuses to pay, the kind of earthquake I will stir will cause even you to tell me to calm it.

Please if you dont know how to peacefully resolve issues between two aggrieved parties, then just watch from the sidelines and let the professionals handle it. Your words may end up pouring more fuel in the fire when completely unnecessary.

Paying Anthonio in October or November will not work, it is just too far. Remember he has already endured and waited for 1.5yrs, so try and give a more reasonable timeline.

I'm sure if it were you in his shoes you wouldnt accept such timeline, so please come up with a more acceptable timeline. Besides, transferring money is not something that is tedious or something that takes a lot of time so there is no point saying you can only transfer after end of year trading in October.

Pls try and open the new accounts odiaero asked you to and send the account details to him immediately because as I understand it that is where the money will be sent to.

Also make sure you contact Jani before the end of today to hear what he has to say. Odiaero said everything is with Jani meaning he might have already settled it with Jani. So pls just contact Jani and let us know what Jani tells you.

Odiaero said Jani is the head of the project and he was also the one who invited you into the project, so Jani has always been in the mix and thus must also have a say in all these. So if Odiaero says he can only pay through Jani I dont see anything wrong with that because Jani is fully involved in the whole thing.

Please keep hope alive, you will surely get your money back. Open the accounts and contact Jani today then report back tp us. This thing must have a clear direction before the end of today.

We need you to confirm how much you are owing Anthonio, how and when you intend to refund him. He said it has taken 1.5yrs, and candidly I think he has been patient enough. So pls let's hear from you and wrap this case soonest.

@Aigbe, you pointed out some real inconsistencies between shopclue's post and 4everGod1/bbfever's post, I hope both of them can clarify this

Candidly I dont have much of an issue with a slight delay so long as the car is real and truly enroute to Nigeria. I understand hitches and delays can never be completely ruled out in any transaction.
