That is another thing. Sitting for exam doesn't mean you passed and earned your certificate.

For instance you can't be a lawyer without passing 'Bar Exam', because you don't have a certificate and license. It is illegal to practice Law or be an attorney without passing the exam.

Just sitting for the 'Bar Exam' doesn't prove you have the intelligence to PASS it and gain your license and certificate.

Be guided, d constitution does not state "PASS".......all requirement is just an evidence that u sat for d exam.

U seems to be in legal profession and u couldn't remember that such a precedent had been upheld before supreme court.

He provided his school name, candidate name, exam no and the year of d examination.
