The question I wish to ask is how do you stay for weeks or months without trading waiting for the right setup? For me I feel bored and making trades often lead to losses.

If this question can be tackled, it would be a nice development.

What activities do you carry out in those periods?

I can't talk about an instrument I am not familiar with. Trading gold is enough for me for now and by gold I mean Xauusd.

If it had been at 1770 it shouldn't have been hit.

Truly forex is not for everybody. It has it's risks and gains and besides waiting for trade set-ups which could take weeks or months is a hard skill on it's own.

I should expect gold to be bearish tomorrow. Price might retrace to 174x before plunging to 1710 or more.

Let's keep our fingers crossed. With what gold has done this week, for 2 weeks or more market might be doing stoploss hunting or looking for liquidity.

May we not lose our profits in those trying weeks.

Oga hold ur job strong o. I had this same thinking 3 months ago when I had mff and TCF funded acc. Thank God I no quit my job. Maybe by now I for don open thread saying forex na scam. U need that steady salary to keep u emotionally stable when the market refuses to pay. It's been 2 months since I last withdrew from my fx acc cos I haven't been profitable but I am still paying my bills from my salary. Better stay put on ur job even established traders get side hustle such as selling training courses or doing YouTube videos. These incomes help them stay afloat during unprofitable periods.

Keeping a job also prevents boredom and eases stress instead of being glued to the market and seeing trading opportunities where there's none.

That's why it's good to have savings and not depend on your account because not everyday is Christmas.
