i beg to refer, even the notable military personnel like the army, navy, and the air force categorizes them as the same how much more your nascent agency. you see. why are you categoring the HND in the cadre of School Cert holder. sir, this is not in our constitution. and it is not justifiable any where in the world. it weigh down the morale of this polytechnic graduate. that are up to the task reach the peak in this this career.
this is a clarion call. to the national assembly, to intervene before. this unreasonable clause create damage to the service.
things can continue like this. this is a bureaucratic disposition and injustice to the highest order.

The issue is disparity between the university gradute and the polytechnic gradute. in all these aforementioned government agencies . the polytechnic gradute were yoked with the FSLC and school cert. holder in thier cadre irrespective of any additional qualification the officer might thereafter have. i assume this is highest order of injustice on this people part and such pratice sholud be rejected in totality.
Apart of relegating these categorieat of officers and men you are putting their future and thier careers in jeopard. i am using this medium to vent my anger on their behalf because such should not be tolerated in this present dipensation. there such be equal oppurtunity for both gradute to prove their worth for the furtherance of the organisation and the nation at large
