]There is serious fighting going on right now between youths of Ikire and Apomu in Osun state right now. As at last count, 9 bodies dropped since the fighting began on Sunday 12 April 2015. Please if you are a corps member or visitor, kindly travel back to where u r coming from. The cause of the fight is due to land dispute between both communities.

SCENARIO ONE: GEJ WINS

there will be riots in the north, about 3, 000 lives will be lost. Gej will declare state of emergency in flashpoints. Foreign governments will intervene, a deal will be brokered between pdp and the opposition, Buhari will accept it and Everything will go back to normal except I expect boko haram will intensify its activities.

SCENARIO 2A : buhari wins

Inec will declare buhari the winner, Jonathan will reluctantly hand over, expect trouble from the creeks, the militants are going to cause trouble, they won't kill as much people as a northern riot will but the nation will be brought to its knees. Getting the nation back up depends on how well Buhari manages the situation.

SCENARIO 2B: buhari wins and gej doesn't hand over

Inec declares buhari the winner, gej and pdp refuse to acknowledge defeat, they try to hold on to power, expect anarchy. The beginning of a civil war.

SCENARIO 3: No elections at all
The elections are postponed one more time, gej hands over to david mark on may 29, david mark who always likes concept of neccisity will hold on to power for 6 months, foreign governments will ask gej and buhari to forget about the presidency. New candidates will be organised. A new election will be conducted. Back to the anarchy and civil war.

SCENARIO 4: army takes over
There is a slight chance this may happen, people keep telling me that the army won't take over but they forget everyone is ambitious for power. Give them the right excuse and see what they will do. If they do take over, I don't see them staying up to a year before a fresh election is conducted.


Although I am a staunch Buhari man, I cringe when I think what will happen if he really wins. The only way to prevent loss of lives is for politicians to avoid making inciting statements. People should eshew violence. A curfew would be nice too. And the army and police should do there job.
