pluto09: I am only positive about telecoms and banks in Nigeria. The breweries will feel the impact of forex shortage, reduced sales and contracting margin as what people are consuming now are mostly products from small players who are not listed. For foods, producers of noodles will benefit greatly and my top pick here is indomie if the company is listed. Brewery industry is in double distress. It has been suffering since the inception of PMB administration, now Covid19, almost all premium lounges and clubs are shut all over the country. Some brewery plants are temporarily shut without any production plan in April. Q2 2020 will be hellish for this industry. Besides, I am not sure its advisable to invest in this industry until after this administration. If the next will not also be cruel on the industry. |

1kinggy: Are breweries still a good buy? I can see an earlier post showing them at average of -90% from ATH which makes them enticing.
I expect a boom after this shutdown of bars and joints. I don't think that industry is advisable until after PMB administration. |

Baba, forget reading and understanding chats/markets o. This market has been going against technicians' predictions since COVID 19. And no one with insider info will come here and say they have it. |

moneywoman74: The fact is that my brother Chibuking ( the chief advocate of bear bear bear......) does not want to hear or see anything positive about the market for now except bear bear.... even making me to be more sick. To think that I am afraid of login in to my account for sometimes now due to fact the everywhere is red, only to come here instead of getting encouraging words like, soonest the market will start picking up, the only thing you will hear is "Hmmmmmm, if you think that this market will be pick up until 2020, you are dreaming thank" OLuwa" that I was able to Jaaaaaaaa before this time, those of you still in the market what are you still waiting for sell your all shares at a huge loose now, go to your village and rest, after borrow money from your village people come back after 2020 by then "BUBU" would have hand over baba CHIBUKING,. and will be to able get "Zenith" at buy 10 units and and get 50 units" free and buy 20 units of GTB and 10 units free , my question is why much emphasis on Zenith and GTB?
