When you read through the confession as well as the rejoinder by another ex-member, it becomes difficult not to believe that it actually happened. For Mike Murdock to support this man might sound appalling. Is he saying the man of God is justified or that the ladies were lying? I read the other lady has photos to support her claims
Webmasters / Internet Marketing Tools! Have You Seen This? by gabu4u1(m): 7:22pm On Feb 11, 2012
Internet marketing has come to stay in Nigeria and more and more people are creating a means of livelihood from the internet. From my experience, we have some disadvantages here in Nigeria. We are not able to get access to important tools that will give us leverage to make money faster and easier.

We do most of the work manually and it is time consuming and slow. If we have the necessary tools, software and script, I believe we have the wherewithal to achieve great success in our internet marketing.

I came across a website that seems to help make work easier for Nigerians. I hope they are good too. I got some free tools from them but I saw that they have several of them. I am still studying them anyway. For those that may be interested the website is

www.leechmarketing.com

Gradually I believe we can a lot of difference with these tools. Pls, share with us your experience with them if you happen to get any tool from them.

I wish u all success

Business / Re: Big Brother Is Big Business- Free Download by gabu4u1(m): 2:07pm On Jun 21, 2011
BBA is big business. It involves a lot of money to stage the show. What people do not know is that shows of this magnitude attract a lot of fund from corporate sponsors. Many of them run head over heels to get the sole sponsor slot. Those who miss out in the big deal settle for other deals.

Why should the sponsor fight for these slots? They want everyone in Africa to see their brand. That is big advertisement for them and an increased share of voice.

Last year it was Bayer, this year it is Coca-cola.

Big Brother is big business to the organizers, is it big business to you the viewer?

I have often been asked why the organizers of Big Brother Africa are running the show year in year out and now they are at the sixth edition. They also add that it is just a waste of money and time.

I laughed because they were not seeing beyond the show. They are only aware that BBA is a TV show. They are not even aware where the sponsorship money is coming from. They see the organizers as people who do not know what to do with their money. What is called in local parlance in Nigeria as “money miss road”.

Do you think the scenario above is correct? I don’t think so too.

Business / Re: Fear, Pity As 3500 Bankers Lose Jobs In One Week by gabu4u1(m): 1:08pm On Dec 28, 2009
It is a pity whta happened to the bankers.

I am a banker too but nothing has happened in our bank yet.

I have 2 issues here. First to the affected bankers and second to those still left in there including me.

Now that these people have been sacked from their bank where they have 'slaved', what next? Complaining will not bring back their jobs neither will crying. I am not being heartless in fact I don't know what January will bring in my bank. They should begin to look forward to a way out. Even if they cry till eternity, I assure them they will only develop headaches and maybe spend the little they have left to treat whatever ailment may result. It is not easy but it is possible. Let them look forward.

However, i want to bring something out which here is directed at those of us still in the service and also applicable to those who were sacked. Do bankers really live a life where they have plans for the future or they are living in the wealth of the moment. I am asking this because of the way i see some bankers manage their money. We are so ostentious that we can even take loans to look good and impress others. W3e eat at the best restaurants, buy our clothes are the most expensive boutiques, we just like to show off. Are these really lives of those who have plans for the future. This may not be far from the reason why many are lamenting as if the world has come to an end. We have lived false lives without preparing for times like this such that when incidences like this sacks happen, they are taken unawares.

It is high time those of us still around begin to prepare for unforeseen events like this. There so much that can be done. Just do it.

I know what I have done and what I have helped people to do that today we are not afraid of things like this. Opportunities abound in this country to make it. Forget the claim that bankers are so busy they close late. Truth be said, apart from those in operations, bankers especially marketers have no excuse. They move around and pass plenty opportunities by but come to complain of nothing to do.

Well, with the present happenings in banks, I hope that they will sit up.

I can help any banker here who desires to discover what opportunities to take advantage of while working now to prevent such lamentations as above.

A word is enough for the wise

Autos / Re: Bikers In Nigeria by gabu4u1(m): 2:50pm On Mar 22, 2008
@ ogb5

what are the qualifications for being a biker? i ask this because u asked someone to post his photo to see if he qualifies.

it has been my fantasy to be a biker right from childhood but unfortunately i was not confident enough to learn how to right a bicycle not to talk of a motorcycle. i strongly believe that no time is late.

is there any one here that can teach how to ride a bike?

with determination, nothing is impossible so lend a hand.

thanks

this is all too familiar. i had a similar experience except that in my case they were all men.

mine happened 1st week of january, 2002. imagine the coincidence, u know in january everybody de pray make God make the year good. na so temptation come appear o. i just thank God that greed did not take over my reasoning. the temptation was great. dollars and pound coming to u on a platter og gold after like one week of praying and fasting and u know what one of my request during the prayer session included money.

GOD WILL DELIVER US FROM EVIL MEN. MY ADVICE TO NAIRALANDERS IS DON'T BE TEMPTED TO REAP WHERE U DID NOT SOW

@Skintom77 and other anti-Dangote

the man has made his money u are hear shouting hulabaloo. instead of u guys thinking how u can make ur own money u are busy castigating someone who has struggle to make his impact. even if he had 'pallied' the govt to get to where he is now, he had a good beginning. na moinmoin to fit pally govt? and concerning his social responsibility he has contributed to a lot of other causes that may not have been made public. even if he no contribute no be him struggle for him money? let us stop this Robin Hood mentality of the taking from the rich for the poor. let the poor seek a way of getting his own money. Dangote no hold anybody leg to get their own money. enough space dey for everybody.

@easimoni

God go bless u. na the kind person i wan de read from be this.
