Yes infact I witnessed senior man has successfully passed the Nigerian immigration but was denied entry by the Benin police before he was arrested and sent back to Nigeria

How then do you expect such states to pay anything above N100k?

We are even yet to talk about the private sectors. Would they be able to afford above N100k minimum wage? Even if the minimum wage is pegged around N80k, there would still be lay off.

Why can't they? To be Frank nigerian entre revenue can pay all the 36 state workers 1 million naira per month but due to corruptions they will want to do it these money are transferred into individual accounts and syphon abroad.
