You know in our country, we are lawless set of people. If the suspension wasn't back up with court order, the chairman will seat tight in his office on the premise that no one can remove me. Just the same way you and your people
are saying, it is only Tinubu that can remove him. When in a real sense, Tinubu doesn't even have the power to remove him except one of the NWC member called NEC meeting for the purpose.
If we are disciplined people, there will be no need giving life to a suspension carried out to remove a chairman but been whom we are, we only respect court judgement.
In any manner that the suspension was carried out, let Ganduje sort himself out and respect the law of the land. Nobody is bigger than the law of the land, not even Mr. President.

According to APC constitution and practical meetings,a meeting whatsoever can only be called or summoned by the chair,ward leader,vice or secretary and no other person.a decision must be agreed by a simple majority of all excos.this was never done which means there was never any suspension.why is this hard for you to grasp?

1) IGBOS: the are the largest and dominant ethnic group in this zone almost completely inhabiting everywhere in the zone.they are also the third largest in the country and 4th in West Africa.

2) IGALAS: they are found in northern anambra,northern parts of enugu state.they number over 200,000.

3) IBIBIOS: they are found in abia around the border areas with akwa ibom numbering over 100,000

4) ORRIN: they are mostly found in Ebonyi state.

5) KUKELE: they are prominent in southern ebonyi around the border with cross river.

He was not removed as national chairman as such it is for the constitution of the party to come into effect when a member is being removed from the ward. So what would challenged is the national constitution of the party on his removal at the federal high Court not his removal at federal high Court by the ward excos.

I don't see Tinubu dabbling into this to save Ganduje. Tinubu had no choice than to compensate Ganduje with something despite Ganduje's embarrassing baggage of corruption.
He could have been made a minister or ambassador but the embarrassment will be much for Tinubu's government yet Tinubu had to reward him for his support at the elections... He had to make him the national chairman despite a lot of oppositions.. Even if Tinubu didn't want Ganduje near his government, he had no choice.

Now that the court has suspended him from that position, I don't see the president interfering in it as this may also help to reduce the moral baggage on the APC or the presidency....
