Ask the average north central person,most of them are warming up to tinubu.as the core north are complaining,it is favouring the north central same way gej and obj did..the appointment of CDS from southern kaduna and sgf from benue has gained him large supporters from there.the fears of mm ticket favouring core north or bringing islamisation has been allayed.

The matter in nasarawa does not concern tinubu.it is between sule/adamu who were against tinubu vs ombugadu...it is a local matter.tinubu had no hand in it,it was orchestrated by the northern establishment.besides tinubu lost nasarawa narrowly so it is inconsequential.
In benue,tinubu has no hand in the crisis.whatever happens,tinubu will always do well in benue besides they have reconciled.look at rivers,even though tinubu is supporting wike,most of those supporting fubara have pledged loyalty to Tinubu...even if fct will vote obi again,wike performance will force more votes for tinubu...

In ss,akpabio position has won more fans for tinubu and apc.tje decamping of the popular senator oba is another advantage.the governor is very liberal and open to tinubu.obi took third here which tells you they don't send him.in crs,the election of prince as governor has strengthened APC.the governor is doing well and there is massive decamping from pdp to APC.hon Dansuki who was the pillar of Lp in CRS will join APC any moment.
In rivers,even fubara is currying the favour of tinubu so both fubara and wike will struggle to rig for tinubu...in delta,nothing much is happening but governor sheriff has been disappointing which is a plus for APC and tinubu is in alliance with rhe ibori's.
In Edo,if apc wins,it will increase its support base though obi will still win the state but not by same margin

Atiku wasted 4 chances because of miscalculation.in 1992 sdp primaries,he stepped down when he could have forged more alliances to win the ticket..as vice president,all he needed doing was remain loyal to obj without any form of betrayal,backstabbing or dissent or ambitious moves and the ticket was his in 2007.in 2003 when majority of the pdp governors sided with him,he should have taken the ticket having in mind the vengeful and unforgiving nature of obi who now dealt him an eternal political blow.

In 2011 after gej had an understanding with the north to handover power in ,2011,he should have made a pact to support gej in exchange for 2015 ticket.even in 2014 when gej begged him,he should have remained in pdp on the condition that he gets pdp ticket in 2019 and then ask gej to drop sambo for another VP.supoorting buhari was a foolish miscalculation as buhari was going two terms and handing over power to the south.supporting gej was his surest bet.after he lost the APC primaries,he still had the chance to align with buhari..
In 2022,he could still have made obi his running mate or prevented him from decamping or contesting.but he still has slim chances in 2027 that's if obi doesn't contest and in 2031 when the ticket is back to the north...

The Plateau House of Assembly Speaker, Hon. Gabriel Dewan, has finally sworn in nine out of the 16 members of the All Progressive Congress (APC) who were declared winners by the Appeal Court.

The new lawmakers were declared winners after the Court of Appeal sacked the 16 PDP members on the grounds that their party was not qualified to sponsor candidates in the election.

Earlier, the Speaker stated that he had received a court directive not to swear in the affected members until a determination of the suit filed by sacked PDP lawmakers who challenged the Appeal Court’s judgment.

Our correspondent reports that Speaker Dewan swore in the nine members at the Old Government House, where the House is temporarily conducting its legislative activities.


No reason was given as to why the remaining seven members were not sworn in by the house.

However, sources said the members were forced to resign before they were inaugurated, while the remaining seven had refused to resign.

The sources added that the new lawmakers were sworn in on the condition that they would resign, with the understanding that their resignation would be enforced if they acted contrary to the conditions set, resulting in their removal from office.
