Firstly congrats on your appointment as moderator. No offence oga, but I will have to say being the first issue you're handling you can be excused on some of the tenses you have used in threatening the poster.
The fact that you have dealt with Larry and have a good deal with him does not erase he's not completely guilty of the accusations, hence as a moderator , I expect highest level of unbiased decisions displayed to the complainants/accussed.

I purposely created this thread so that good people would follow it and see if we are on course and truthful with ourselves. I am tired of being posted uneccessarily, such an attitude amounts to insulting my intelligence.

I have taken the last five months as wasted, hence I now assume the ride was bought last week. If I start narrating what has transpired between myself and German over the last five months am sure people would be surprised that I waited this long.

In a nutshell timelines is what we require here and everyone would follow this thread daily to see if there is any progress.

This was a deal that started on the 26th of August 2010 with the intention to purchase an ML ride as per the link created by Mr German himself.

More than 20 times during this period  I have been told by Mr German that this car has sailed with different  dates given to me as the time of arrival but nothing has surfaced.

The last information I heard was that this ride left American waters on the 31st of Dec but up till this time no BOL has been issued by the so called  shipper in States …, haba I think BOL should be a thing issued within three days once the vessel sails ??

I want to find out if anybody has done the Canadian PR of recent. I have been working in the banking sector for three years and just pass 3 papers in acca, though I have a degree in biology.
My question is; the biology background do not fall under the shortage of occupation as published for federal skill workers under the immigration system, but the experience in banking do fall under this category.

Since my banking experience falls within this category, Does the Canadian authorities require my education must be in line finances as well? I mean my first degree must be (finance based) if yes then will the three acca papers I just passed suffice?

I will really appreciate advice from in house gurus or people that has passed through these process before
