The vehicle makes noise when put in drive and reverse Please what might have caused it and what's the solution
noobody: Oga gazzuzz. Would you advice I buy a Nigerian used VW Tiguan? Based on if parts and support are readily available. Thank you for all the help you offer on here

Difficult to answer , I do not have enough info to respond .
drmuchin: Thanks If you don't mind can you further explain what it it entail to fix the 3 scenarios/possibilities you just outlined. Will be much appreciated.
Not sure what your transmission oil cooler looks like but that's a sample.
As for the other 2 options the local term is top gasket and cylinder.
I cannot explain any further, research more or find a humble mechanic.
My car is a 2007 Honda accord, 4 plugs. Recently noticed that when I put it on in the morning, and switch to drive it delays with about 3 seconds, jerks and then moves. Happens 1/5 times.
I use the original Honda atf, and change it in due time, last change was Dec 2019, car was barely driven all through 2020.
wizzle772: OK Boss, how do I fix that because my rewire told me the issue is with the gear cable beneath the car, that I need a mechanic to adjust the cable. Please help with possible solution
Change team, since the dentist is recommending the optician looks at the tooth.
wizzle772: Good morning Boss Gazzuzz, please I have changed my ECU as advised by you, the issue am having now is when I engage my gear sometimes the gear light does not show on dashboard, mostly drive and reverse gear. I noticed anytime the light does not show the car doesn't accelerate well and jerks, but when the light shows it moves fine. Please kindly assist my car is Honda civic 2006
drmuchin: Oga GAZZUZZ Car is a VW golf 4 2.0 I have been experiencing oily muddy slugge in the coolant reservoir for months now. Note that oil in engine dipstick appears normal. I was adviced to change oil cooler and oil filter yet problem persists. Kindly offer your assistance.
if engine oil (heat exchange) cooler is not the culprit, you have 3 more possibilities.
broadstreet: good day guru in the house. please my Toyota corrola 2008 reverse gear not working perfectly, I took it gear master this morning, he said they need to service the gear or I buy another gear...servicing will cost me 45k while new gear will cost 120k. very outrageous prize. guru in the house please help me o what do I do. the Normal front gear working perfectly. na hustle I dey hustle o.
Ofemmanutosure: So get this issue anytime i forget to remove my bluetooth OBD2 scanner after scanning. Once i remove it the car becomes normal and i clear that p0500. If you left it there after scanning this might be the cause
davit: Gazzuzz, radautoworks, Blackbishop una expertise is needed. My car steering was stiff yesterday. I parked and checked everything I could. Later noticed that the abs cable was touching the tyre. I just touched the cable and adjusted it. The car came back to life. Later at night, it became a bigger issue. Instrument cluster went haywire. Speedometer stopped working, brake light came on, steering stiff to turn, Rpm misbehaving, fuel gauge going upandan. I still drove it for about 4 hrs cos of traffic going home. I scanned the car this morning and saw p0500 speed sensor. I checked the cable again and noticed that it don cut. I managed to connect it back but the problem persists. Is it possible for the sensor to have damaged prolly for driving car for too long? What step to take next? I don park am.
I dey wait jejely for una response. Others with experience like this can help too. Tnx.
Corolla 2009
Search for the abs fuse, it is blown. It is a block fuse, not like the regular fuses I have a feeling wires have been joined in that region instead of replacing it in the past.
Blackbishop: The code is for Vehicle Speed Sensor and not wheel speed sensor. And from your explanation it is the Wheel Speed Sensor you reconnect.
Image below is your Vehicle Speed Sensor
And further more I can categorically tell you that your ABS module is fried prolly to you mech genius. But remote diagnosis wont help you but a physical one.
The 2009 corolla does not use a VSS mounted on the bell housing.
haslaw: Car gurus in the house, I need your help. I bought a toyota corolla 2010 and the tyre indicator light is always on.I have checked the tyres and found our that the spare tyre and the Left back tyre don't have sensores.
My question is this: do i need to buy 5 sensores or should I buy just two for the absent sensores. Also, in the event that I buy just two sensores, will They have to programm the new sensores to the car?
Cc :GAZZUZZ
Corolla uses the 4 sensors on the wheel.
The spare tyre is not a regular tyre size and does not support TPMS.
Beng1234: 1st symptom was the jerking; car jerks when u apply full pressure on the throttle. But it drives smooth when I pedal lightly.
2nd problem: car went off on its own without showing any sign. It was a rewire that brought it back on.
After some days, car went off in the night on fadeyi bridge after surging. When we roll the engine, it comes on and goes off immediately. Mechanic came the next day to scan, he said it was airflow meter (I shared the codes here). We checked the airflow meter, but it wasn’t faulty. He then checked the plugs and saw that they were all bad. He told me the injector mouth is what is killing the plug. He charged 10k to get 4 plugs (according to him, they are original plugs). The car came on finally after changing plugs, servicing nozzle, servicing injector mouth and changing pump and filter. I tot all my problems were gone but the jerking didn’t stop so I changed mechanic. Mechanic said the fuel pump I just changed (assumed tukunbo is bad) according to scanner. Naso I change fuel pump again. He checked the plugs and everything was blaccccck (we changed 4plugs again, this time for 6k) we changed o2 sensor (the one in front and under). After all this change, the car still jerk when pressure is applied, but it hasn’t gone off on its own. This is actually the first time I’m experiencing all this problems. I done tire. I feel I have been attending to the problem wrongly.
Currently, scanner is showing no error
I don’t really know much about cars but at least I know when my own isn’t doing fine because I have been using it.

richforever123: Please see attached pictures of a smear of the transmission fluid, on inspection fluid does not have materials in it, it still has a dark pinkish colour as it is not totally black
Thanks for all the good work GAZZUZ
This matter pass fluid own. Don't bother with fluids. This codes are impossible, you have almost every possible transmission fault illuminated
