GAZZUZZ:The Bell came Late, but the Bell came sha.... As I wait in the banking hall let's Recap. Vehicle Came with a Knocked Engine. Engine replaced. New engine will require a Longer than usual crank for it to startup. Vehicle is not equipped with a starter motor and will require the Hybrid Motor to start the engine. The Hybrid Battery pack is low on charge, it cranks the engine, but not fast/long enough for a proper start. Battery needs a charge outside the Vehicle or a replacement pack with a full charge. Current battery pack will be fixed, by eliminating bad cells with good ones and charge the entire unit. 1st replacement battery pack was not good and has been returned. Current mode of battery charge is using a solar panel attached to a charge controller. We are currently Testing this mode of charge on the weak cells/bad cells to be sure it's a stable means of charging the Battery packs, so far results Have been very impressive. Will connect every cell tomorrow and hope for enough sunlight, by Sunday evening I will reinstall batteries in the pack an start Vehicle. That's where we are. 13 Likes |

GAZZUZZ:Early in the Morning, I took out all the cells from the battery frame, separated them into two packs, 1 pack were the Unhealthy batteries below 7V, and the 3 that were overcharged. the other pack were the healthy cells. I then Further divided the Unhealthy cells into two equal packs, connected each division into parallel connections, and connected both divisions (now connected parallel) into 1 series connection. Output became 15.4V (7.7VX2). I connected the batteries to my old charge controller for my solar panel. This was perfect for my intended use. Connected and charging went well with no heat, just steady slow rise until ........... Clouds came, rain started and there was no Sun to charge cells. 5 Likes |

Ladipo market. returned battery pack! Went to a shop that sells only hybrid parts and bought 10 cells to replace the cells under 7v and the ones that got swollen during the last experiment. the beauty of this purchase is, I selected from a pack of 34cells, got the ones with voltages in the 7.5v regions. I also saw a lot of bad cells too, but avoided them. 5 Likes 1 Share

Update. It's 9:13pm and I just closed from work. I had to compensate for the time spent on the hybrid to finish up some jobs that have been here a couple of days. Vehicle did not start I guess in my hurry to Get engine started I went overboard. I will Be returning this battery tomorrow, and I will Buy 10 battery cells. I will take out time to build a proper charger charge all the batteries and start the car. For the battery temp sensor (auxiliary battery) it was pretty expensive so I didn't bother, I connected a toyota ambient temp sensor to the harness, ran live scan, and the readouts were within expected specification. Sensor cost nothing, as it was lying around in the shop. so next few days will be to fix my current battery power pack. I will keep you all updated as it goes. P.S when vehicle is scanned now I have only 2 codes and they all point to Battery replacement. P3000(current code) and P0A80(pending code) 7 Likes |

Guys let's get something clear. The original engine for this car is Currently 490,000. Which is more than the price advertised for the whole car. If the car runs and drives, and the buyer say Him de find 2007 automatic car with 350k then issa goal! Most People deserve what they buy. 5 Likes |
