Engineers in the house please come to my aid. My recently bought fairly used 206 is making me sick and crazy. It cuts fan belt on a daily basis, mechanics have turned me to an ATM. They said I need to change adjuster which I did but still there's no any change. It has cut over 10 belts for the period of just 2weeks.

Kindly advice if Toyota Avalon 2002 model is a good car in the aspect of fuel consumption , ruggedness, availability of spare parts, possibility of the parts being cheap and maintenance compared to Toyota Corolla 2000 model . I am thinking of buying a Nigerian used one.

Your advice and recommendation will help me in making my decision.

hello GAZZUZZ, i changed the condenser on a 2008 rav 4 with a VDC after i discovered it was blocked after discovering black oil in the system. it was cooling fine and i discovered it by accident. after changing and thorough flushing of the system i recharged with 340 grams of freon. te ac worked perfectly for a while and went into a low pumping mode with somewhat high low side pressures and low high side pessure. i suspect the solenoid id the issue. currently the ac is moody. it works when it feels like working. how can i get a replacement solenoid since i cant convert this externally controlled clutchles compressor to a permanent one as easily as i could have done for an internally cntrolled one. i work in makurdi benue state

Hello Bros, pls I noticed my turn signal sound is gone. I mean I no longer hear any audio sound from my dash e. g. Like when I keep the door opened with the key inside ignition,when the emergency light button is pressed etc... That very sound frm dash shey you grab sir. I noticed it's not been there since I bought the pojo car.{206}
The indicator lights are fine... It's just the sound I'm talking about. Thanks as always.

I've changed fuel pump 3 times because of it.
No difference.
my bewilderment is hinged on it happening ONLY when engine warms up properly.
In most instances, when it starts that rubbish, hard acceralation solves it immediately. But expect it in the next 2-3 mins of driving to jerk again. When engine runs rough in motion , offing and restarting the engine solves the problem in most instances.
The misbehavior is incostistent.

my car intermittently stalls, misfires and loses power from time to time whenever engine warms up properly.
It doesn't happen in the first few kilometers.
So I will like to know, is it MORE LIKELY that it is as a result of bad ignition coils or fuel pump?

Yesterday I tried opening my car with the remote but there was no response, I though it was the battery head, so I tightened the battery head and started the car. The car actually started but I noticed that some electrical components, including the inner light, the clock, and the remote weren't working again and each time I start the car, every function will reset automatically (as if the battery head was initially removed). Currently the car starts perfectly, but the remote, inner light, security light, and the clock isn't working and functions like central lock can only work when the engine is on. Please what could be the problem? I've tried checking some of the fuses and they all seem in other, please someone help.

My brother's 2008 Ford edge has an issue with the brakes. Sometimes I'll have to press the brake pedal to the end before the car will come to a stop.
His Kazeem said the culprit is Brake Servo or Brake Server and it'll cost 50k to purchase a new one.

What do you think might be the problem and how much will it cost to fix Sir.
