7k miles is [b]not excessive[/b] since the oil he is using is full synthetic. Most full synthetics can do 7,500 miles.

It all started when I called Gazzuzz and made an offer for his Avensis Wagon after seeing the ride. The bros declined conceding to my offer, he said it was too poor. And shortly afterwards they went to help me and jam the car. Then I stumbled on this one...

2002 Avensis. It's neat albeit been parked for a long time at a car lot. It's 1.8L Diesel Engine•Manual Transmission•It starts•runs•drives. A/C, audio, seats all in tact. Most of the bottom is rust free.

Basically I wanna Know how feasible it is to convert from Diesel to Petrol engine plus including the cost implication.

I wanna know who's willing to pick up the gauntlet.

I admired the automatic transmission I tested earlier so I'll love to have the transmission converted too.

I sent Mr Gazzuzz pictures and sought his opinion. He said conversion is possible, but he declined the job, giving valid reasons for doing so. He recommended I create a thread here since there are elders who would be more keen on undertaking this kind of project with me. So here we are...

I'm yet to make payment for the vehicle. If it's worth it, certainly will.

I'll upload photos as network permits.

My Tokumbo 04 Avensis consume engine oil that i have to top up every now and then.engine also emit white smoke.
Note that the engine runs normal. some mechanic suspect oil leakage but not able to trace.

I need an advise on my Toyota Camry 2.4l.
The car had run like 204,000mileage. I bought it in August this year (tokumbo) and used Hardex 5w 30 oil to service the engine.

Just yesterday, the check engine light puped up and was showing permanently. When I got to my office, I parked the car.
In the evening, while going to an auto service center, I discovered that that same check engine light has disappeared. Till now, am not seeing it again, unless when I crank the engine.

Pls my brothers and sisters, what do you advise me to do now.
The mileage since the last oil change is about 3,600.
Since the light has disappeared, should I ignore it or what should I do. I understand the oil I used will lead to about 6mnts or 5000miles.

Pls advise me.

I shld get the dealers involved arrested by next week...

They claimed the documents are still in the hands of cars45 and the car has custom papers and documents will come out after payment has been made... they are now asking me extra 60k for the custom papers claiming they were not aware the custom papers aren't available

they only sell lemonade

Why not fix its gremlins, help your friend sell at a profit, give your friend his share & pocket the change?
Then you can buy a Hijet or Carry van (one less cylinder/plug than you wanted ).

Oga @GAZZUZZ good morning.I Told an uncle about your works. The last port harcourt flood damaged his Prado jeep, some quacks did works but the car still has many issues, mechanical and electrical. It's a 2015 or 16 Prado jeep. The car moves sometimes but keeps throwing up issues. I want to know if it's what you can work on so I can get more info about the car, like dashboard displays, mechanical issues etc

Assuming u saw d custom papers, u would have taken d "C No" to Customs office to verify.
But since he claims he lost d papers, collect d VIN No ie Chassis no and take it to Customs Office to see if they can trace it in their system.

As I stated, the seller is a friend who needs money and want to sell the vehicle for a bargain price, so I thought if I could buy it for that price, maybe I could add money and upgrade the car....or better still downgrade its engine
