TEST driving is not the main thing but getting the history of the car. If you carry kazeem follow body e go tell you oga buy the car the engine is still good even though the car was given certificate of destruction in Florida.

buy what you can touch, see, and test drive.

you cannot get history for every vehicle. not every vehicle comes from the USA. you have to see with spriritual eyes.

Does anyone know someone who can genuinely fix my throttle problem ? It is a Kia Sorento 2008 and the scan brings out error P2138 . Google tells me it is related to the "Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch D/E Voltage Correlation". However I am advised just changing the item may not be advisable as the problem may only be with the wires for entire throttle system. Anyone who is sufficiently technical savvy and won't take an arm and a leg? I am based in Ibadan.

Pls change your mechanic. I had similar issues with my vehicle until I changed my mechanic who discovered that the abs was faulty. To cut the long story short, he disabled and by-passed the abs and did his magic.

I have been to and fro Kaduna to Lagos with it twice, Ekpoma to Kaduna since July he worked on it.

This mechanic was recommended to me by some Cross Country drivers.

Brake works fine until any of the above occurs and will return to normal after
a period of inactivity.
i ve changed the brake pads.....no effect
bleeding the brake oil.....no effect
change of brake oil....no effect
Changing the "O "ring rubber on the brake master.....seems to improve for about a week then no effect again

my mechanic said the brake master is ok so he only changed the above.
my car is camry 2004, V4.
