nat138: Hi Snoop, Yes you still need to send a copy of your certificate to them. Sign up for a free account on www.hellofax.com and fax the certificate to WES, their fax number is 1-416-972-9004.
Cheers Thanks for this info. Sent my BA certificate and unofficial transcript through fax yesterday and saw a change in my ECA status saying "We received your document(s). We are reviewing your document(s)" within 18 hours. Though my MSc transcript which is more important is still on its way to WES. MSc was sent through EMS Nigeria This group is awesome. I have learnt a lot from here! NAGODE!!!! |

QSola: To make it easier for you, make sure you have minimum of $22500 if possible $23000 in that account to avoid stories that touch. People get denied because of just $300. A friend got denied because of $120 |

mcstan18: PROOF OF RELATIONSHIP TO FAMILY IN MANITOBA
Birth certificates (showing parents’ names) of the relatives through whom you trace your roots AND Relative’s Canadian Passport, Certificate of Citizenship, or Record of Landing (IMM 1000) AND Relative’s Manitoba Health Card
Since your people were born in Canada, the bolded may not apply. Secondly, both your parents' maiden names should coincide. Therefore you (and your cousins) need to find any such documents where this can be sufficiently demonstrated. It might be an arduous task but hey, it is doable. For instance, if they received formal education, past school records bearing their full names (with the maiden names) may be used. I doubt if pictures would make any much impact in this.
Sorry but my Mom and Aunt's didnt go to school. They both stopped and standard 3 and went straight into business.
This is my own suggestion. I believe some other people here might have a thing or two to suggest as well. All the best in your pursuit. |

Canadianfly: You were born in the 40s ke? That means you're older than my mother and mother in law born in the 50s. And they're grandmothers. No need for you to be looking to relocate Ma. Just join a church and serve God while taking care of your grand kids. I said they were born in the 40's not me. |

jnyuwa02: No they are not hiring more hands. This season is traditionally slow because it's admissions season. Many schools are now only finalizing their admission list for fall 2018. In fact many good schools in Canada only admit in the fall. So in the fall, VOs usually brace up for a floodgate of applications to be opened. The next few months as colleges finalize their lists, TRV applications will not only jump, it will spike so high that many applicants for fall 2018 will be back logged and have to defer to 2019. So apply early so you are not back logged. This is the traditional expectation. But then, this is not a traditional year for Nigeria. There is evidence to show that the recent non academic university staff strike has hampered the submission of transcripts from students from Nigeria. So for Nigeria, this fall will experience a decline in number of applications. So expect processing time in Nigeria for TRV this year to remain low or somewhat low even through the fall. This is my theory so don't go quote me. Best wishes to all applicants and all would be applicants. Oh how i wish i can apply now!!! A friend got hers withing 20 days |

Darasimiolu: Keep trying...go ahead and apply since they've asked you to. This stage is usually frustrating...I know just have faith and keep on trying...hopefully you would secure a supervisor before you get accepted
Cheers!!! I applied with out a Supervisor, finally got one after sending mail to all the professors in the Faculty after 5 weeks of submitting my application. Continue dear. |

Slik07: Sorry for the unfavourable replies you got from the potential supervisors.
I have written on this many times here. You can search my comments here. Again, I think you need to stop attaching your CV and Transcript on your first email. Allow them to request for it. Some of them might even be scared of opening the attachment thinking it contains virus.
Contact as many supervisors as possible with tailored emails and call them too after 2 emails. Pls, avoid sending generic emails to them.
Your supervisor is just a click away. Keep searching... Yes your supervisor is just a click away. I sent a mail to a potential supervisor before submitting my application and there was no response. I sent a generic mail to about 6 supervisors four weeks after i submitted my application and only one responded. His response was so uplifting, he said is willing to work with me as also looking forward to my application. The school got in touch with me after a week to ask for proof of change of name that they are now shortlisting candidates. Halleluyah. Continue dear, it;s just a click away!!1 |

Laurel10: Good day naira landers,
I am graduate of sociology with 2.1 from UNN, I have been trying so hard to apply for my master's abroad but it's been very difficult as most of the requirements are usually provision of proof of English proficiency (TOEFL, IELTS) and offical transcripts.
The problem is my financial capacity is not strong, I need a school that is highly affordable and where they'd probably not have top many requirements. Preferably Germany, Austria, Finland or any other good country.
Please if you have any contact that would be of help, I would be forever grateful.
Regards My WhatsApp contact is 07030317958 I have one consultant in Canada, he is quiet good. But hurry as most admissions are closing up now. |
