Blessed harvest 🥳
Cold weather is almost over and everything will start to bloom if not harvested soon.

Purple and butter lettuces
Green onions
Mini cauliflowers (caulini)
Kale
Collard greens

Does anyone have recipes for collard greens that’s not the traditional way? Like the one with ham hocks? I don’t really like that one.

Armyofone
1stgenamerican
GboyegaD
Winterbird
Radautoworks
??

I don't but the harvest looks good.

Bluntemperor:

Truthful Statement!
Now that Prof Nnaji have found permanent solution to Aba Light-On,by By- Passing the Fraudulent National Grid,we de watch, who go de damage the Gas- Pipeline or blow it up?
Those govt appointees, are part of the Corruption,as they are not ready and willing to step on shoes of the wicked once in Power Sector, because Corruption is thriving in these Govt Institutions like Gemco and DISCOS!
Nigerians are tired of talking, without action! It is the Action of Prof.Nnaji that brought Lights to Aba and its environment!
•Lagos State Govt too, can breakaway from National-Grid,like ABA,if they are willing to--for Different DAMS can be Constructed- in Epe, Ikorodu and Badagry- as Cheapest for all you have is Sea and Ocean Waters surrounding to roll the Dam-Wheel and give us Permanent Lights!
•This is what the Chinese are using in China to generate about 135,000 Megawatts Light to their Communities!
•Very soon,ABA will be celebrating years of permanent Lights, like the Ghanians,in their Country!
•What are the State Governments doing with all the Homongous NBILLIONS,if not NTrillions in their States?

Barth Nnaji had always said the major challenge is in distribution while he was a minister. It is just unfortunate that the government isn't spending on distribution infrastructures. I remembered him saying the challenge is they keep sending back power from some stations because they don't have adequate resources to distribute and this leads to a loss of 25% to 50%.

I hope he has the will to implement this and the National Assembly will work with him to dissolve the excess ministries and re-enact the new parastatals.

That said, I hope he starts from his own cabinet.

Looks nice.
Why don't you feed our eyes with some desserts: Quenelle Gelato/Cheesecake, crumbled deconstructed cake, mango coulis/chocolate ganache, Tuile with edible flowers.

Cos it seems you know more about food.

Ah! Maybe in the future. Today I tried short bread cookies and meatier and beef frank rolls are in the oven.

Personally, I feel her profile is very good.

One thing though, I think we need people who have deeper theoretical knowledge to add to their experience.

Here's the recipe I use for the crust.

For the filling, you can play around it to get the taste you want. For the rolls, and crust, I was just experimenting but I realized I had much dough compared to filling. Well try it again.

The mental capacity of our leaders speaks volume.

In a country where almost everything consumed is imported and naira had fallen by over 300% in less than a year without appropriate increase in salaries, shouldn't be understand that is a major cause of hardship? Why insult the people by saying the protest is sponsored?

The country is on the verge of collapse interestingly, some are still playing some ethnicity cards instead of calling out the present government. The worst are the stooges who tell you this is a pain to enjoy gains later when it is obvious the current government is confused.

Career / Re: Nigeria’s Unemployment Rate Rises To 5% – NBS by GboyegaD(m): 8:41pm On Feb 20
Why are people challenging this statistic? It is based on the economic definition of unemployment.

Does this mean that is the real situation. We all know it is not however, NBS is guided by appropriate measures of the various statistic they publish.
