Well, I had a tough panel and I was humbled enough to allow them teach me what I don't know.

It was after the interview I figured that the man behind the panel and interviewee was also grading. He took my wristwatch and my Phone. I made sure I smiled from start to finish. Atleast if there’s any mark for that, let me score it first.

Exactly. After I finished then, I answered again from the beginning. I found a lot of errors. Imagine if I started jubilating it was easy and I just submitted. Although while answering again, I had changed some correct answers to wrong answers lol . Just a few tho.

Do you know why you are wrong? A greater percentage of people made over 60 percent cut off hence the seemingly lesser payment of Tfare. If atall there’s any relationship between APL and Tfare.
Secondly after the cut off, maybe the list were taken to the men with powers, maybe they brought in a bit of their privileged people hence the lesser performers were dropped off again. Leading to the second batch of payment.
Then the final one should be what you people call fcc and the proportion of disciplines they need.
Seriously I’m just postulating due to what mr conscience said.
There’s a reason for the payment coming in trickles but it might not be as a result of performance. Who knows.

Exactly. A lot of Lagos based individuals here.

Majority of folks that received payment in the first batch wrote on the 6th.
Majority that received in the second batch wrote on the 2nd.
Atleast a percent of each interview date has been paid.
Majority of people active on Nairaland seem not to have received alert.
From my enquiry, a lot outside Nairaland received alert.
In fact, 100 percent of all my friends outside Nairaland has been paid. This nullifies wolfs’ argument of non alertees being on the lower numerical advantage.
In summary, there might be a little relation between Tf and APL.
In reality, people that have been paid will still receive APL and those who haven’t been paid will still receive APL.
It can be logically deducted that everyone that was present at the interview will receive the transport stipend. The only variable remains the time frame. In exception of those that didn’t input their account details.

You are shooting yourself on the nose. This goes the other way round. If the organization wants to do like you said, then there will be no need for account details at all.
Talking on profit maximization, it’s only common sensical to compensate unsuccessful candidates being humane.
It’s really not easy leaving ones state for an interview. An organization with empathy would get my drive. You should.
This is what drives the AccessBank theory.
To add to this, al interview dates were paid. Nairaland is only about 30-40 percent of those that did the interview. Just a guess. And 15 percent are unable to comment.
I won’t say I support any theory. I’m indifferent. I’m already upping my fitness game in respect to medicals. I knew I’d work in this company months before the vacancy came out.

Peradventure APL is released and you happen not to qualify, please do not hurt yourself. The future is bright definitely. Not everyone will get the job eventually. You have done your part and now, there’s nothing physical you can do.

Why shortlist about 9,000 if you will employ only 1,250, why not shortlist the top 4000 or 3500?? There will be so many heartbreaks when the APL drops.

Obviously at the end of each candidate's interview, the panel secretary updates the interview scores of the candidate to the same database that includes the candidate's CBT score. This database also has the candidates arranged based on their states of origin etc.The candidate's bank, address and account number should have been asked by the panel secretary so as to input that while inputing the interview score. At the end of all interviews the database will be well organised and arranged in ascending or descending order of the candidates scores in their different states. It will be easy to cut of the top 45 from each state and send their reimbursements or send others theirs or send all at sametime.

Guys this is just what is in my mind. It is perfect. Remember how we were asked to bring 6 copies of our cv whereas we were asked questions by a panel of 5. The 6th person is the one that normally ushers you in. And sits behind a desktop. He inputs the scores to the database that’s why there’s usually a delay before the next person comes in.

Mr Jarus seems selfless and smart. I think he has a lot of empathy. I do not see whatever he says about himself as blowing trumpet but simply portraying his achievements purposefully.
On the other hand, mosgoon is smart but unnecessarily states some things which we do not care about actually. Whether you are a first class or not. Or constantly talking about how many appointment letters you have and how you are just applying for applying sake. Even on the shell thread, you are still talking about having APL from mobil and chevron and how you just applied to shell because of your love for their carbon capture thingy. All those are really really petty and nobody really cares actually. I understand some people’s anger lol. Some people just want to manage and live a happy life after securing a job with nnpc and are here for information not to see someone else rubbing his private life on their face.
You might have genuine intentions really. Something noteworthy is you giving out an expensive material for free. Kudos.
But this is life tho, you should have to apply more wisdom to a lot of things. Especially when it seems you have what others don’t so you don’t build up enemies for you and yours.

Likewise Mos4phy

Both monikers have "Mos" in common. Mos is likely short for his first name which could be Moses or so.

Mosgoon has about 312posts.
Mos4phy has about 225 posts. Roughly within the same range.

Their respective "last seens" are suspiciously close apart.

Both have the same written communication style.

Both know much about McKinsey. See Mosgoon's post July 19, 2:19pm and Mos4phy's on Feb 05, 10:02am earlier this year.

Both are on shell, NNPC and Mobil threads.

I can continue to go on with the similarities between these two. Interestingly, Mos4phy is always generous in showering Mosgoon with acolades especially about his purpoted 'academic feats'.

When did you do them an email. Hope you know they do not respond on weekends. Don’t stab yourself because of impatience and ignorance. I had an issue too where my assessment was locked because of an internet error. I did an email on Thursday and got a reply on Monday or Tuesday and the problem was resolved.
Panicking is not always the best. Even if you didn’t get the job , you wouldn’t die. You were alive before the vacancy came in.
Shell is a very reputable organization for you to be talking about shortchanging people. Please be guided.

2012 induction was done from August 6th to August 31st (3 weeks). After which the FSTP began by September 10th at Edjeba Learning Village (ELV), Warri. And I think it is a residential training with basic amenities and feeding provided.
