There’s actually no secret lol. See. Everything is behavioral and situational questions. I advise everyone to look for solid lies so you can pop it up at an instance . Incase you actually have no experience. Questions like how have you been able to demonstrate blah blah in a team. How have you been able to resolve disputes between colleagues. Stuff like that. Displaying leadership skills.
This was in 2017 tho. I have forgotten them but that’s how it is.
I actually thought I was going to scale through because all my friends received reject letter, mine came almost a week later.
Someone said it’s because I had no Nysc certificate. Of course I was still serving then. But in my mind I was blaming my village people and maybe that babe that made me commit one or two.
But all the same, it’s not difficult.

You are wrong. I did the last interview. I passed the test but didn’t pass the On Demand video interview. That is done online. I was just a corper then. I’d easily pass the video interview now.
Just be hopeful and positive.

Mine had same issue all I did was to reply the mail that sent the test link and I got a mail to send my complain to careers@shell.com and it was resolved the next day. All I did was copy the link and it worked no more closed again but when it is resolved you can only try it once so make sure your internet connection is strong o

Just for the affected section right? Because I do not want to rewrite the whole thing.

Please can you click that ‘tasks added’. It’s a drop down box. Help me check the status of your Logiks General if it says completed or closed.

Those that have finished writing. When you click your test link, does it show your General ability section as completed or closed.

Yeah. I tried doing that but it’s showing “ability test closed”.

I was carrying out my test o, I had successfully answered all questions in analytical and verbal reasoning. I was in my 5th question in abstract that’s how my internet refreshed and I can’t access my test to continue.
I’m just perturbed although I did well to relay my plight via email to shell.
I do not know if I will be given a listening ear.

Pls who interviewed with panel 14 ( EH)? I think they were a bit fair, although I was cut short when introducing myself ( they said in 3 mins, and in 1 minute they said thank you... And proceeded to the next question ,application of Root cause analysis)...

I was cut too. They said before I start selling cars to them. Hahaha. I don’t think it matters tho.

Interview went well. First question was to tell them how my expertise was going to benefit the NNPC. I began shooting my shot, enumerating why as a communication expert I will bring my knowledge in the field of PR and public affairs in efficient CSR, media and community relations and to also ensure the public is well informed on the activities of the NNPC, immediately a barrage of questions ensued like dogs just left off a leash. But I was very calm and composed, I understood that part of the grading was checking out your confidence level and emotional stability, as soon as they were done, I knidly told them what I meant and said we needed to do more in making sure majority of Nigerians are aware of the activities of the NNPC through improved media relations.
I was asked a question on safety, one on the impact of oil exploration and was also asked to tell them the quickest decision I have taken in my life and how it panned out, this put me off balance for some seconds but I had to come up with something, wasn't difficult though, I'm a screenwriter so I cooked something immediately.
Lastly, I was told to ask them a question, I started by commending the whole process as very professional and organised and then asked what efforts does the NNPC take in Staff development? The Chairperson explained to me that for GT level, when you're employed, you undergo some trainings, then you're attached to a coach who'll teach and mentor you so as to ensure you feel in the gaps in task and assignments you'll be given, She also mentioned trainings and studies abroad depending on the field, but she emphasized that enormous work and task is involved though.

They thanked me and then said I'll here from them if I am successful.

I went downstairs and wrote my name and account number.

Should be heading back to my daily hustle and pray for the best.

Please who interviewed with panel 14. This sounds like panel 14 tho.

What shell questions? Oga are you looking for a way to make money out of people? This is not like nnpc recruitment oh. Very cheap questions you don't need to study for. There will be practice questions. And you're talking about video things. How do you know if you were successful to move on to the video stage?

You people don’t read simple instruction. If you read the instruction on the site, you will see that you were told that if your school was not listed, select ‘Others’ and a section was provided below to write the name of your school.
What difficulty are you having trying to apply?

So we are still in July. What is August waiting for to bring my Appointment letter closer to me.

Oh yes! They really do care about dress code. They score you based on many things.. dress/appearance, confidence, manners, knowledge of your key area of specialization, knowledge of NNPC, Safety etc.

A staff told me that dress is 10marks, questions from your key area is 25marks which is the highest, plus other parameters. I suggest you get a good black suit, white shirt, probably red or blue tie. Get all of that 10marks. It's a free mark
