Hello are you cured of gastritis?.. though I know I had it for years but my only trigger was garri and empty stomach could eat anything even drink alcohol if I wish to .. but since I was prescribed flagyl for another infection.. have been in pain everyday without mercy

Yea. Antibiotics has a way of triggering ulcer pains. Take lots and lots of water and antacids. And eat non greasy or soft foods like plain rice or potatoes. The rice has to be very soft. Or eat boiled plantains. Once you complete your flag yo dosage, work hard to repair your gut. Lots of soft foods.. don’t take milk. Eat lots of fiber like oats.

Hi guys! @geekybabe @samtol4 @mroyato @depoty22

Are you familiar with completing the 947 form?
What do you think the relevance of “proficiency in other languages” is, and is it necessary to state a minimal (poor) proficiency in one local language?

Are the “amount to be transferred” and “details of pension, private income and other assets” sections mandatory to complete?

Do you also have any idea how recent the testimonials from prev employers have to be?

Cheers!

Can’t remember what was in the 947 form. Just try to be as honest as possible. Testimonials from previous employers can be from any time, as long as it can be verified.

Is this for critical skills visa

HI Guys..

Anyone on Critical Skills Visa to help with this Query.

My Visa states that I should report to DHA with proof of Employment within 12 Months. Please How dis you go about this if you have gone through it. You response is Golden please.

Thanks

Simply means you have to get an valid offer of employment in SA within 12 months from the date your critical skills visa was issued, hence the visa becomes invalid after 12 months. No matter what kind of employment it is, just get one with an SA company and report back to home affairs with your offer letter. They will most likely change the conditions of your visa or re-issue a new work permit with the name of the company.

If you don’t report, you may not get an SA visa again.

@slickruler, sorry about your ordeal. What kind of visa is she applying for? Have you converted your critical skills visa to PR? If it helps, if you guys have a legal proof of your relationship things could be better. I think the pressure is intense on d embassy these days..

Some men tho. Imagine having two grown kids with a woman like this and you didn’t think of proper marriage all this while.

k thanks i appreciate..I checked universities offering dba in Sa but non actually is located in these provinces Western Cape, KwaZuluNatal and Gauteg...Mind sharing other province that are not too expensive for a student planning a modest lifestyle??

Many unis offer Dba, but they mostly offer it under their school of business. WITS, UCT, Uni of Pretoria and UkZN have school of businesses that offer DbA. Just that it’s quite competitive.

Some schools will even allow you to do PhD with your MBA.

I submitted the application for my study permit renewal on the 25th of January, 2019.
Ever since I have not gotten any update. I’m at the risk of losing my NRF scholarship and my PhD research has suffered immensely. I don’t know what else to do. Please help.

Oops. Sorry about that.
Renewals are always best within SA. Not outside.
