I am expecting this TV to be delivered today/tomorrow and would update this thread accordingly.

This is the 4th TV I will be buying from Acunon, the 1st I bought in 2016 is still working.. the other two I got for a friend.... there hasn't been any regret whatsoever and I am hoping this deal works out well too.


I also think he could be corrected without raining abuses on him, spoiling his thread/business or emphatically advertising someone else here.


That said, Acunon you may have to work on your after sales customer relationship, thats why
companies have customer service departments to grow their business. The deal is not complete until the good is delivered, tested and your customer satisfied. You can walk them through device set up and even monitor your good's performance at intervals for up to a week... you can get someone to do this for you at a token because you are very busy.

Provide professional advise on how to prevent damage to the device e.g. buying a surge protector could save a lot of headache etc.

If you make payment for your item, your item will be processed and not immediately. If you place a call to me and I didn't take it, it doesn't mean that I ignored you because I will either call back or send you a message on whatsapp definitely. My response on whatsapp may be slow because I don't usually come online or I work mostly without me been online steady. You may call me when am carrying goods or when there is no network, but once a call comes through and I know who the caller is, I will return the call or text or send a message on whatsapp.

Acunon, you kept the response longer than necessary. I believe as a businessman, you are to respond promptly to counter issues as you do to inquiry and favourable transactions. That will help build an after-sales reputation and the business goes.

However, this is where your "next meal" depends on. Try to avoid "come today, come tomorrow or call me tomorrow morning, remind me later" lifestyle. They kill business.
