OP this is a fake News, this video has been online since 2017 or even before that and it has different captions each time it pops up. One caption claimed it was a woman who killed a little child, the other one claimed it was killed for adultery, another claimed it was honor killing.
Recently it has resurfaced online with yet another different caption. There are a lot of things to criticise islam of, you don't need to spread fake news to do it
