Akpakomiza2:Tinubu is far worse than Buhari and he didn't get up to 25% when he still had the benefit of doubts, it is now that everyone knows how much of a failure he is that he will get more votes in SE? You dey whine yourself. Bedside, Buhari contested against Atiku and Jonathan when he got that 25%, he would never have got anywhere near that if he contested against Obi and that's why Tinubu will fail no matter the level of rigging Hope tries. In SE we don't worship political leaders like they do in other places, especially a political leader who is known to be underperforming. Hope who spends most of his time in Abuja is going to win 25 % for Tinubu? |
kpankpangolo:your opinion is straight up propaganda regurgitation |
sharone21:You're 85 % Edo yet speak no dialect that is intelligible to Edoids, and has no tradition or dialectic relationship with Yoruba. All the IKA dialects are igboid and not even Bini. You dey whine yourself. https://thesun.ng/ika-igbo-communities-demand-inclusion-in-proposed-anioma-state/?amp Here's what Ika people are saying concerning their heritage and kinship. Read carefully what their leader, Azuka Okah ( an Igbo name btw) is saying concerning their treatment by Edo ( who according to you are supposed to be closely related) and why they want Anioma and zoning it to SE. |
Peacecore:Nope. It's not secret execution but non publicised execution, there's a different. I can tell you That the police man who shot and killed that pregnant woman at Ajah under bridge on December 25, 2021 has been hanged. You will not see the news of the actual execution anywhere on the news but he's been executed. There are a couple of cases like this too |
Akpakomiza2:He got highest vote in SE from IMO State and yet didn't crack 25% despite having the full APC control of the state and with a much favourable economic realities then. People were not too certain about how he would rule so a couple of people turned up for him. This time around everyone now knows that Tinubu is indeed a bad market and less people are going to keen to see him continue as president. It doesn't matter whether Hope / MBA are on the ballot or not, Tinubu will lose badly in Enugu and Imo. |
Eba50:I heard and experienced a lot of robbery cases my guy. Do you know how many times I witnessed bank robberies those days? It was because of highway robberies that made us to stop inter-state travel using public transports like those luxury buses ( ABC transport and co) and opted to travel with our own personal car. The rate at which those commercial buses were getting robbed was alarming. Then when it got too hot we abandoned travel by road altogether and switched to travelling by Air. Please o.. I'm taking about armed robbery not banditry, that one is a different case entirely and much worse than the armed robberies of yesteryears. |
Peacecore:Some people are getting executed but it's not made public. |
Akpakomiza2:those who are who were in APC in IMO State and Tinubu didn't see 25% in that state, and that was when things were a bit better. Now that everyone is feeling the effects of Tinubu's bad governance, less people are going to vote for him. Forget whatever promises Mba is giving to Tinubu, even he knows that he can't. Guarantee success for APC in Enugu. |
Eba50:Thats absolutely not true and I doubt you were old enough to properly remember how those days was, or maybe you've forgot how it used to be. Those were the days of Anineh and Doc Oyenusi, Django and co. There used to be highway robbery news on the pages of newspapers almost every week, Banks and neighbourhoods were getting robbed regularly, car snatchers were everywhere all these were happening despite the almost monthly firing squad execution at the bar beach. And it's funny you say that it was almost impossible to access a firearm those days when that was just a few years after the civil war and fire arms were everywhere, some of them were even getting their guns from the police. There were secret patrol of CID yet Oyenusi operated for years before he was caught. Omo, this days I hardly even lock my gate with keys, but those days we used to lock our gate with keys, use chains to lock it for good measures and then lock every single entrance doors in our house. Still everybody go dey alert just incase. When was the last time you heard of armed robbery at a bank or neighborhood? You hardly ever hear of such incidents this days, but back then it was a regular occurrence. |
Agugbadin:Capital punishment has never deterred any violent crime in the history of man. |
Tjra:firing squad is a quick way to go for this kind of crimes. A long strenuous hanging is what they deserve |
Eba50:Did crime reduce when public execution was a thing? There were more armed robbers during Babangida and Abacha time than we have now, execution didn't not reduce anything, all it did was to bring closure. That being said, this guys who killed this girl are certainly going to be executed, two of them have been caught and will be charged to court. I expect a speedy court process and an execution date promptly fixed. |
Akpakomiza2:It will be like last time, or even worse this time around. Don't be deceived by the manipulated numbers coming out in this primary |
Gotocourt:He's doing well in Enugu and deserves a second term to continue with his work. Whatever party that holds the governorship position in Enugu is not going to stop Tinubu from losing in that state. |
kpankpangolo:So you think these people are risking their lives just to play a script? That's the second most dumbest things I've read today. |
SaLongs1:You people are just regurgitating propaganda left right and centre. He was targeted even before he became president. The far left and left just absolutely hate the guy and believe they're doing the world a great service by eliminating him. These are not a false flag or staged attempts, these are real people who believe their being a hero by taking him out. |
Metallurgist:It does not take any sophistication to eliminate the US president. United States security apparatus are not as watertight as you think. It is really a testament of how much propagandized you have been, that you believe that this was all staged. It shows how much propaganda you've swallowed online. American is a crazy place, the American left and far left are really crazy and dangerous set of people who portray themselves to be bastions of reason and mortality. |
jpride:ika is a language is one of the most dumbest things I've ever read on nairaland. What next? Ngwa is a language? Bende is a language? Nsukka is a language? If ika is a language please can you write the IKA letters and while doing so, tell me why Ika speaks a language that is intelligible to an average Igbo person, and then explain why they still bare Igbo names as their native names. Do that for all the other Anioma groups too. Anioma people are proudly Igbo, at least real Anioma people that I've met, not some random unknown person on nairaland. |
iichidodo:happy New year |
SonOfDSoil01:Critical thinking has never been you people's forte sadly. |
TokoEkambi:and let me add. SE doesn't need a Seaport as long as there's one in Rivers state, Akwa ibom and Calabar, they're good to go. These states are less than 40 mins from SE States. SE people have been clamouring for sea ports in these states for years btw |
TokoEkambi:You people are so soaked in tribalism that you can't see anything other than from a tribal lens. His suggestion will actually improve the country's economy by 3 folds and improve the lives of the people by bringing down inflation a little bit, but tribalism no go allow you people to see sense in it. |
PulaPower:You didn't read his comments either. No where did he say that government was funding the project, and so his point still stands. Building more ports in Lagos— whether private or government— is just overburdening the state which is already too congested. |
Apcshit:Al Hilal drew with Madrid and knocked out Man city in the FIFA club world cup |
ceejay80s:This one is actually worse because he's an actual professor and former CBN governor yet he talks like MC Oluomo |
jmoore:Where in Aba are you? I don't think I can relocate from Aba to Anambra oo... I too like light. |
Sonnobax15:No body has any right whatsoever to tell a citizen when to open their shops for business. If the traders have any brain matter they should sue the governor to court for infringement on their rights. |
Beautifulday:This is not true. It's not in almost all families o. It's a popular name in Bende LGA and some areas close to it like Ibeku and ubakala. But outside of these places it's occurrence is rare. Ikwuano does not have a lot of Kalu despite it being close to Ibeku, in fact you will more likely see an Iheanyi/ Ifeanyi in ikwuano than any other name. Same with other LGA that's not bordering Bende. Osisioma, Obi-ngwa, Isiala-ngwa, Ụkwa East and West rarely bare Kalu. |
SmartPolician:Yes, it's a popular name in Abia State, especially in Bende and surrounding area which is one of the biggest LGA in Abia State. |

you clowns are just so slow, and Una never still talk wetin Dey pain una
on the list, we still have port that have been granted licence in other states, but you have no problem with that but that of Lagos…..just like the person your quoted rightly said, it is a private investment and you can’t tell an investor where to invest it’s money…..just like when you economic migrants left your villages for Lagos, did the government or anyone stop you from coming to Lagos to deverop it like you all claimed? You clowns should just let Lagos breath and stop the hate in Lagos, because it won’t stop our shine and progress btw proudly lagos
