This is false.

As a drill instructor in the US Military, you cannot physically abuse anyone. Physical training like runs and push-ups are different from punishments. No one is forced to do anything against his will in training.

If you can't meet the physical requirements you'll be disqualified. Stressing one beyond what he/she can take or directly hitting someone is abuse and not training.

I hope JAMB understands they are making claims and judgement against a minor. The implications will affect her life for a very long time.

When Jamb is sued and it is ever proved that this minor is not directly respondible for whatever they are claiming, the compensation for child truma, reputation damage, career impedance, social injustice will run into billions because each factor will be multiplied by average human lifespan -16 years. (80-16= 64 years)

So assuming this whole issue can prevent this girl from future employment in shell Nigeria. Thats Shell average Annual Salary (N30 million X 64 years)=N1.92 billion. Lets be guided.

The mistake she made, she shouldn't have defend herself online, she should have go to jamb office to clarify things first, the worst things anyone can do to he or herself is fighting a reputable institution like jamb knowing fully well that such institution will do everything to protect itself.
Thats the same thing with the Presidential Tribunal, obi should have face Tinubu, but involving inec will make the case complicated to win. Government institutions are not easy to fight in Nigeria, you can't use giragira with Government, even if you are right.
