A diploma certificate is a ceremonial certificate in the USA, but Tinubu did not contest for the POTUS the last time I checked.

In Nigeria the diploma certificate or any other certificate is mandatory and compulsory.

And then for the umpteenth time, the law as spelt out clearly in the constitution does not say whether you went to school or not ,,

It says don't submit a falsified or fake certificate. If you like goan spend 100 years in school, get 1 million distinctions in school, if you submit a falsified certificate, you are disqualified.

Tinubu claimed he went to Government College, Ibadan but he didn't go there. That's perjury.
He claimed he went to Government College, Lagos. A non-existent secondary school in 1970. That's perjury.
He claimed he went to Paul Aroloya, Lagos, but there was no school like that. That's perjury.
He claimed he went to Children Home School, Ibadan but he never went there. That's perjury.
He used a non-existent secondary school to aid his admission into CSU. By law, you cannot build something on nothing, meaning he has no certificate in the eye of the law for using fake school to gain admission.
Alas! he didn't stop at that, he went to forge his acclaimed CSU certificate while he has not collected the original certificate CSU printed for him. How would a serious student seek for replacement of certificate while he has not collected the original? That can only happen in the school of Tinubu and his supporters.

How Sadiq became Atiku overnight? A deposition by his school and school mates in the full glare of the world is required.

You can't build something on nothing. If the school certificate is not Atiku's own, he is not qualified to contest for anything in the first place as all other academic qualifications he might say he has were based on this forged certificate.
