Politics / Re: Abia Is The Worst State In Nigeria : Pictures by GeneralStan(m): 8:44am On Oct 30, 2020
Every state has it's slums,
Every Nation has it...
These pictures has trended a million times in different platforms online....
This topic is old and you are equally old enough to be innovative and reasonable!!!
Politics / Injustice Anywhere Is A Threat To Justice Everywhere. by GeneralStan(m): 8:34am On Oct 30, 2020
I find it very disgusting the way we all put our personal bais before facts and fail to subject issues before the court of reason...

How exactly we got to this piont is beyond me, I believe everyone has a conscience and unless yours is dead it would always piont out evil before you even if it's been perpetrated against your sworn enemy.

People were being attacked in southern kaduna and all over the country, we all condemned it, but until we begin to condemned every source of evil being done to anyone mighty or small, loved or despised, friend or foe, then we are a way way getting rid of mayhem from our society.

People are being killed now in oyigbo by our own military branding them IPOB and some of us are saying good riddance, forgetting that we are indirectly issuing Impunity permits to these murderers in uniform, I ask what happened to arresting a suspect ? So it's now a norm to shoot suspected persons at sight?
We marched out to protest against sars for unprofessional profiling, extra-judicial killings, etc and now the military is towing the same part and some of us are appluading them, first it was Lekki shooting, then it was brutalizing youths in osun state (same style in Abia a few years ago) now it's in oyigbo, and we don't care until it becomes a general issue..

It's obvious we don't care about each other and unless anything affects us directly we don't give a hoot! We even make fun of the victims it's very very unfortunate! No wonder our politicians get to power and their language changes even those of them coming from the slums, after all they can now afford untold luxuries so everyone else can go to hell.

Ask yourself one question if my brother was killed yesterday would I term him IPOB, Until we say no to evil irrespective of whom it is visited upon, it would keep breeding among us..

Good Morning!

Nne just go and sleep, you've been noticed inugo?
Politics / Re: Who Should Replace A Faulty Electric Transformer by GeneralStan(m): 4:56pm On Oct 29, 2020
It's the distribution company's responsibility, part of the reason why you pay bills is to keep their machinery in good order... even if you buy it, it would become the property of EEDC or whatever DISCO you use, though it won't matter as long as it's in your neighborhood but it's a fact.
just like the example of the fuel pump.....

Op is the result of a lack of history as a subject in our education system... quite pitiable...

But I think you need to ask people in oyigbo and let them explain to you the situation before spilling trash here.... My relatives live there till this moment, there is always issues between the iriebe community and the fulanis there and it is mostly propagated by the fulanis non- tolerance to their host and their attempts to bully anyone who challenges them,

last year it was the king's younger brother who fell victim to it and it developed into a clash between them and the youths of iriebe. As a matter of fact it was the youths of iriebe community that prevented them from bringing the Carnage they were wrecking on the shops and properties at the main road into the community resulting to the gun fight that attracted the Army to the community...

Granted that a few of the youths maybe Ipob members but those clashes are usually youth action not Ipob agenda, the Community CSO was live on AIT in an interview and if you had listened to him you wouldn't have written this gibberish...
Write with facts not assumptions please...

Shalom!

Politics / Re: How Come Police Stations In Nigeria Don't Have Computers? by GeneralStan(m): 6:58pm On Oct 28, 2020
It's so disgusting! No form sustainable database at all, that is why NPF can't account for their officers, how much more suspects and people in detention...
Unfortunately the same is the case with the correctional services, that's why I'm scared of this police promise to bring back the prisoners cuz I am certain there is no way of distinguishing them from ordinary Nigerians...
