for me, first bank has been the worse so far,
i was at their okota branch to check my balance last week and u won't believe this, the woman at the customer service desk told me point blank that she was busy!
she said i should go use my atm card which i told her i din't have(i've requested for over a year now), i also told her i had requested for internet banking but had still not gotten a reply. well, she said she was busy and i should just go ahead and withdraw. i had to go to their cele express branch when i saw she was not ready to attend to me.

i have sent a mail to their headoffice but i doubt if anyone will read it and if at all they would, maybe sometime nxt year.

also, my acct has still not been credited and my company has paid since 14th!
all efforts to get them on phone has failed as the ones i got online are temporarily out of service!

There is actually a laid down rule: it's called the left lateral position.

Lying on your back would understandably give you symptoms.

In addition to lying on your back, another important consideration at this late stage of the pregnancy is to drink lots of fluid.

yea, lying on my back makes me dizzy nowadays but i used to lie on my back before cos it relieves me of the backpain.
i lie on my right side now and its comfortable, i have pains just above my stomach so i dont feel comfortable lying on the left side at all.

Gentleone, with pregnancy ligaments in the body tend to stretch a bit. Some women have enough discomfort in their hip and back that they sometimes need crutches. Most of these will return to normal after child birth. Trust your doctor

ok doc, everywhere seems to be stretching. now its my upper tummy and back that i feel the pains. but its just on one side, my left side. my doc again said no probs that the baby is coming up and pushing my uterus thats why.
but doc, i feel so uncomfortable sometimes, is this gonna go on till the baby comes?

Gentleone - back pain is usually caused by musculoligamentous problems. Adequate pain relief and relaxation. How old are you?

thanks doc, i'm just in my late twenties o and whatever does musculoligamentous problems means
my doc said it was normal cos i'm pregnant but d pain has just refused to go and its only on my upper back left side. do u really think dis is normal?

As a matter of fact I've bought one and its blasting away in my ears right now and also blasts in my CD 4000watts when I'm at home. And yes they are like the ones in your link. At first I was suspicious with the huge price difference! But later i got to find out why. The one I have is MADE IN CHINA and i feel thats what u also have on offer as no US made will go for less than 15k. They are not all that perfect but they do what they ought to do,though it doesnt look like it will last that long but meanwhile I'm having real fun with it. And i think its worth it at just 4k.

umm, good you have one already and its doing what its supposed to do.
so it doesn't matter if its made in china so far it serves the purpose.
i've been using one for more than a year now and i got it for 15k then.
anyway, the ones i have still goes for 5k sha so anyone interested should holler back!

Interesting prices but they seem a bit expensive considering a 4Gig Ipod(not Nano) goes for just 4000 naira in Warri, i also had a store offer to sell an 8 Gig audio Ipod for 9 thousand which i believe would have been brought down if I'd persisted. For over a month now, I've been having problems with yahoo mail content in the office. You can actually open your mail but the content(as in the text) does not show. Most of the systems use IE so i tried firefox and it worked for a while then later started behaving the same way.
