hi there, i have all the wap settings for vmobile on my phone(nokia 3120)but i still can't browse. i called vmobile and was asked to send sms to 184. i told them i already have all the wap parameters on my phone but the person that attended to me still insisted i should send the sms. well, any suggestions?

but when u install XP there in no icon for USB in the device manger and does not detect when i plug in USB decives into the port.

@david, have you installed the drivers for usb? try using the driver cd that came with the laptop and see if it works.

seun thanks,i actually installed a new cd-rom but i have disconnected it and its still the same thing. i also removed the hard disk(it was still connected, i just took it ou of the casing) and the verifying dmi pool data was successful but it hanged again.i have put the hard disk back inside but its hanging on verifying dmi pool again. i dont want to format cos i dont have a backup yet.

I was working on a system and it suddenly went off and restarted by itself. It however got stuck at Verifying DMI pool data. I've restarted it several times but it still hangs at that same point. I've checked the hard disk and even removed the cd-rom i just added but its still the same.What can I do?

of course we should preach the whole gospel but everyone still has a calling and even though they preach the whole gospel, they would focus more on their area of calling and would have more insight into issues concerning the area of their calling.

umm, i always try not to bite my nails but i just cant help it sometimes. my nails are short but sometimes they grow out and are usually more beautiful when they do. i dont feel comfortable fixing nails so i dont fix.
my toe nails used to be ugly but if you see them now, they're just beautiful! thats because i file and paint them. i like dark colors especially maroon.
meanwhile my madam's toe nail in the office is more than beautiful, its captivating! i always admire her toe nails anytime she pulls off her shoes.

@zule, let ur friend test whatever he's buying next time, its always good. check the BIOS as Ynot said and if it doesnt work, install 2000 or XP, Microsoft will soon discontinue support for Win 98.
