bro don't, they detect you are using VPN, download another VPN like Touch VPN its very strong and always leave it on, then contact them via the support mail, I was on hold too contacted them then I was lifted off hold...do same and also change and dedicate a new browser for prolific only don't use it for any other stuff online.
