gtb master card connected can be use for PayPal and one can withdraw with it, some say it will not even, but if it does you can't withdraw.

but nothing contradictory with the UBA AFRI CARD & VCC CARD. BUT I don't have access to the last two. wanna know if it possible to use any master card and be able to withdraw from it.

see there are many things that can lead to account been on hold I don't think it only VPN. but if yours is on hold I think it advisable to forgo it.

many wrong information is what is causing some problem here and people not taking time to read.

when account was showing hold when some created an account, we were advised to verify Phone numbers so it will leave hold, because of that information I know how much I spent on phone number, until someone said you don't need to verify Phone number before you get an account not on hold and also receive survey.

it was here when people said their accounts have been verified but not getting survey, some people still advise they should write to them and nobody shun them, just for us to be hearing they want to cast the thing.

please if you are not sure of your statement please don't post it here, and please if you got experience in this stuff when someone is going off please correct kindly, let not wait until things begin to get spoilt.

Is it written anywhere that you can only withdraw the money on your PayPal via an ATM card?

There are manyexchangers willing and ready to buy your PayPal fund and you can easily send it as family and friends. Though the exchange rate is around 345/$

Aside selling, there are other things you can do with your PayPal fund. Just think outside the box and you'll be alright
