I went trough their website and i laughed. They are not ready for business at all. I currently use Cyberspace 4G LTE and my plan is 6K for 25Gig (24*7). Trust me guys, this Cyberspace is a monster. Super fast, it's what i use to watch/stream soccer matches on my Android phones. No buffering. I was formerly using Spectranet, i left them when they got swollen headed. Cyberspace still meets my needs for now.

When i power it up, that message appears and i press enta . Thats d reason i wanna dispose it off cos av lost my files wen the HD refused to come up last week. I bought another HD 500GB ds tym, it only lasted for a week before it packed up. Now, a guy was able to revive my old 1TB HD buh all ma files gone.. So i dnt av anythn on my laptop now.. So frustrating. The 1TB is in d laptop while still holding on to the non performing 500GB HD. I bought the laptop new in late 2013.. Can i swap this for a something better and in good working condition

I finally bought this stuff yesterday 1st July 2016 with my hard earned money. I am well pleased with the equipments,very nice modem and charger. It was blazing all around Victoria island and in my office in Vi as well. My dissapointment came when i got home in Surulere Lagos and discovered the NO SERVICE message on the mifi.. I couldnt believe it. To think i bought this stuff to stream live football matches at home on weekends. I am so so sad right now that this stuff doesnt work in Surulere lagos. When i woke up this mornin, i went out to my compound/garage, still no network..Till i went to the main road and found network. Is this how am gonna be using Cyberspace at home here in Surulere Lagos? No wonder i didnt come accross anybody using. If i cant get service inside my house in Surulere, where else can i get network on the mainland. They promised me while buying at their office in Saka Tinubu Vi that i have nothing to fear since i stay in surulere..Now this stuff aint working.. I need to know why i dont av network inside my apartment where the poor spectranet has full bar in same place.. Is ds how u op to build customer base.I need answers from cyberspace.

This is for new adopters. What about those of us who already have? No new packages? Any way I haven't loaded my smile since December. Smile currently has the worst data value proposition in the whole country for both Gsm and LTE. Spectranet gives 2 times the Gb of smile and [b]cyberspace [/b]3 times (not sure of swift since they ain't in ph) and it's not like they are significantly faster than spectranet. Also waiting for ntel. My "Smile" has turned into a frown!
