Crime › Re: 3 Women Lured With Malaysia Job Offers, But Taken To Mali To Work As Sex Slaves by Gerrard59(m): 4:04am On Apr 21 |
ElevationD: The question is: where are the jobs for African citizens with no documents? Where are the jobs for people who get in to the country with tourist visas which by the way, are the major visas obtained to travel there? Tourist visas are not extended after expiration. In two weeks from the day of your entry, you begin to hide from the authorities.
Chinese Malaysians are Malaysian nationals. Work permits are granted to Filipinos, who mainly work as Indonesians and people of other Asian countries who seek to work there, in the factories and as housekeepers. For Africans, it is a longer route, with student visas or the very expensive and almost impossible to afford ten year visas, avoiding to get into trouble while you wait. Well, Malaysia is not a place I would recommend for an average or even above average African to live in unless sponsored as a scholar to study at one of its best universities or to learn modern day oil palm plantations. The country has never crossed my mind as a place to live. Nonetheless, I admire and respect them for what they have built for themselves. |

ElevationD: Where are the jobs in Malaysia by the way? The cost of getting into Malaysia with your visa, personally processed by you at the high commission, is far more than going anywhere in Europe and the USA. After your visa, you purchase your ticket and YOU MUST have a minimum cash of two thousand US dollars to present to Malaysian immigration on request as a first timer, upon your arrival. You MUST also have your verifiable health card. How many women venture there?
Where are the jobs in Malaysia, when you only have a tourist visa?
If you have a few millions, why not try your hands on some good investments in Nigeria, or better still some great skills that will make you richer? You also can try your hands on importation of goods that can make life better for you.
Please stay off stress. This “madam” business is such a horrible and dehumanizing practice. For too many years it was Italy. Now, no country is spared by these horrible men and women. Get to all West African countries and you will find innocent and decent Nigerian ladies camped in apartments, with lies of traveling to Europe. They end up as prostitutes to fend for themselves and the men who take them there. Some are not able to venture out of the apartments for fear of exposing the place to police. Sha, there are good jobs in Malaysia, but mainly for Malaysians, especially ethnic Malays and Chinese Malaysians. But yes, the racial discrimination is high there. But the country is pretty well run, way more than any African country anyway. |

They have an INFINITE money glitch—COLONIALISM.
If their economy gets TOO bad, they'd just dust off their Colonial Regalia and HOP on some nice WARSHIPS and get themselves some SLAVES while LOOTING the resources of their colonists.
We have 56 countries in Africa and at least 50 of them are RICH and DEFENCELESS.
Then there is LATAM. And the Middle East. Largely correct, but I am really interested to see how they will make up or fight their ageing demographics in the years to come without raising eyebrows from locals who don't want Black and Brown people. I keep reading "we prefer East Asians and Latinas", but those people have way worse fertility rates. It is either us or Indians. |

If they don't find a way to reverse this trend, they may likely end up eating ponmo or this flat dried headed fish/egbodogo To think that Argentina is a major beef producer and depend on the Chinese market (same China they criticise every Eke market day) to now have a growing number of citizens change to DONKEY meat says a lot. NaijaHelper1: Men and women have different definitions of status. A woman sees material enough to sustain her as fully independent. A man who has enough material to sustain himself only sees himself as poor. A woman will not date a man in the same economic bracket as her because she'll see him as lower which is a weird phenomenon if you ask me.
Women who are financially well off and therefore refuse marriage are nothing other than a symptom of a dysfunctional society. It's not sth to be applauded. It's an indicator of a fully mature and declining society. And it goes to prove my point. That women if left unsupervised will apply principles that only benefit them in a selfish disruption of the order of society. Well, then we should expect more selfish women as more women are empowered. I have noted the same and the bolded text. |

Drfernandez: Did Atiku not do better than Tinubu in the North in 2023 presidential election? Does INEC pronouncing Tinubu a winner automatically mean that he won the presidential election? Your naievity is something else. Tinubu was going to win as long as Atiku and Obi were separate. INEC is the umpire. I am not interested in anything else. Tinubu won the election as I predicted. Maybe next time, use your profound knowledge to tell Atiku and Obi to merge so they can compete and withstand Tinubu. And oh! That should have been four years ago, not now, as Bola Tinubu would rather commit suicide than lose next year's election. |

LalaGreen247: I have been seeing schools of 10m+ total package
So is it possible I apply for masters, with only the budget of the admission fee and the first year school fee, then work for the second year school fee? Yes. The issue is that when the school requests evidence of living expenses, it wants provision for two years, and this provision should exclude tuition and admission fees. Except when not asked, just provide the provision for two years. I don't know about non-national universities, but at national universities, you are required to pay fees per semester, not per year. So in each semester, you will be required to pay for that period. Thus, you have the time to work so as to raise money for the following semester. Since national universities are the most affordable, if you max the hours working at a warehouse, as people I know did, you can raise the following semester's fees. But na your body go tell you. This is the reason you should hunt for scholarships in your first semester, so you are not compelled to work odd jobs for odd hours so you can raise money. |

Romance › Re: Modern Women Are Very Brutal With Their Choices by Gerrard59(m): 4:58pm On Apr 17 |
dreamxhaser: Hahaha… don’t take what women say online seriously. Especially about not needing a man😂 besides how many women get to travel the world?
Also, women are nowhere near as close to men financially or economically, even in today’s world. Men still lead. How many women run successful businesses when compared to men? The only place women compete with men is in the white-collar industry, and that’s it. Those are the women who constitute the greatest number of spinsters. Finally, marriage benefits women way more than it benefits men, an average woman will prefer to get married and have kids with a man in her life than carry out some sperm donor shit. They will say otherwise online but we all know women say something and do the opposite.
Till today the average woman’s prayer is to have her rich dreams man, even more than building her own successful career. That is why they get depressed and too emotional when single at old age.
I have several aunts that are well off financially, but they still pray for a husband every day. It is their dream even after the successful careers they have. Men should stop acting desperate about marriage and see women humble. That shit dose not benefit us in anyway, they still cheat with their lowkey true loves. So what’s in it for us? Pressure and early grave?
So all those single successful women you see at 50 having the best time of their lives are actually depressed and they are a tiny minority of the billions of women outhere Until those women get their desirable men to marry, then I would change my stance. My position is for men to focus on their economic wellbeing, and not whether or not their female contemporaries would get married. So, their female contemporaries don't get married, but as long as those female counterparts are more economically comfortable than those men, in my books, they have won it in life. I focus on the economics, not whether someone is married or not. |

Drfernandez: The guy you quoted is a true naive guy in almost every sphere of life. But he likes deceiving himself with his textbook opinions. Funny thing is that he has not even ever had sex nor a girlfriend. Someone like him isn't meant to be taking seriously. This is you predicting Peter Obi would win the 2023 elections: Drfernandez: You are naive politically and otherwise. Your little brain did not tell you that unlike the 1993 election where the two-party system was in place and was a two-horse race between NRC and SDP, which largely contributed to SDP victory, that it is not the same in the 2023 election.
The fact that you failed to tell yourself the truth that Atiku would do better than Tinubu in the entire North using your sentimental analogy, shows that you are completely naive.
The election will be Peter Obi's to lose, so he is winning by all indices available so far. Yeah, I am nAiVe🙄 I will let the remainder of your comment slide. |

ibedun: I want the best for women and I think they should be free to achieve whatever they want ti achieve in business, at work, finances etc etc This is already the case in the western world, however do not underestimate the level of emptiness, the mental imbalance, the deep emotional trauma, and psychological problems women face when they hit 50 and menopause, childless and single. It is devastating because money means nothing in that situation. Remember money can only buy things…. Women may choose not to get married but choosing not to have a child or children is another thing entirely. We get them plenty for this America and frankly, they are all mentally ill and unbalanced and dangerous!!! Well, the reality is that these women are now in greater numbers and their numbers are rising. So, what do you say about it? |
Romance › Re: Modern Women Are Very Brutal With Their Choices by Gerrard59(m): 4:43pm On Apr 17 |
NaijaHelper1: I think your comment is naive. Don't think there is any competition. You're commenting like someone who is outside looking in without any nuance nor context. More so, they need men to remain on top. There is competition for good jobs and economic opportunities by both genders. In the '70s and '80s, men had to slug it out amongst themselves. Now, men have to slug it out with women. The best of men had only men as their competition, but now have the best of women as added competitiors. More women now study medicine than men in England. Zenith Bank employs more women than men. Thirty years, it was not like that. These positions are not expanding in number, but the number of applicants has soared over the years. Yes women are empowered. But it is men who have empowered them. Women who are high up are put there by men. Let's say we agree on this, but with a high number of single empowered women, which has led to a declining fertility rate in developed countries, why have these men not de-empowered the women? The women high up there aren't interested in the men below their status. The issue is that you think high status women are interested in "low status" men. They are not. In their lens, I wager, those "low status men" are not seen as men sef. However, these "low status men" constitute the majority of men in the society. When you have a high proportion of young, single and economically empowered women deliberately deciding to remain single or opt for sperm donors to have children, it means something. It means these women are doing away with men largely because they don't need men for their existence. I dint believe you have interacted with any high status woman for you to hold these type of beliefs. I will let this slide... |

koning: "The court held that the abuse occurred in a hotel on several occasions, noting that the victim and her family relied on the cleric for spiritual guidance."
So she went with the pastor to a hotel on several occasions for 'spiritual guidance'. And the judge believed it was not consensual. This particular judge is pushing the new LASG law to the limit. Just dishing out Life sentences as if it's a couple of weeks. That's very backward. Not condoning proven rape, but this lady, who is not underage, knew what she was going to the hotel for. The pastor just did not settle her well.
No man deserves a life sentence for what looks like consensual sex. It's like you don't know or have never experienced what a Nigerian pastor can do when it comes to manipulation. Then add a Nigerian woman to the mix. First class in Manipulation meets First class in gullibility. |

drstranged: Rape is a reprehensible act. But I can't understand certain things in this story. A man raped you and you came back to him several times to get raped again on several other different occasions? How? And since the first act in 2017? I smell a fish here He's a Nigerian pastor. Our women grovel at their feet and respect them more than their fathers, brothers, sons and husbands. If a Nigerian pastor tells a Nigerian woman to jump, she asks: How high? She doesn't care about the end result of the jump. In fact, she will mock you - her husband, son or brother - if you question the motive of the jump. In the books of the average Nigerian Christian woman, their pastors do no wrong. |

But then, why are the Chinese seemingly afraid or secretive to admit that they send weapons to an ally? The attack, aside from Israel dominance over the region, is aimed at scuttling oil supplies to China. Moreover, Iran's ports are said to be blocked. So, why and how would China be happy the "strait is open"? Aside from the discussion, I like Trump as a person because I find him to be genuinely hilarious most times and he has removed the cloak of Western hypocrisy when it comes to world's affairs. Your average northerner will jump through hoops to justify having multiple children. And their leaders are not helping matters. When you have governors taking pictures every sallah with 4 wives and 20 children, they are telling you these are goals. When I read that the former of Zamfara organised a wedding ceremony for ten of his children (he has 36), I was genuinely shocked! Those children must be settled or set up for life, and that's how corruption is entrenched. |

anonimi: Do you think that the difference between Muslim and Christian countries about fertility rates where women are equally educated boils down to whether women work and have liberties The core ideology here is Islam. Muslim women work in Malaysia and Singapore, but they have higher fertility rates than their Chinese counterparts. Yes, fertility rates are dropping in richer Muslim nations, but they are not so low as secular Western or East Asian countries. p.s. Islam is not a religion of liberties. Anyone who wants liberties should find a different religion, not Islam. |
