Hi everyone,

I need advice on the property we are about to purchase.

I just discovered the house was sold as a two-bedroom mid-terrace house in October 2019 and renovated into a three-bedroom house.

I checked on Zoopla. The estimated house value is between 227k to 250k while the average is 230k. Rightmove's estimated value for the house is between 200k to 250k and the mid value is 225k.

I would have not offered the agreed price of 270k if I knew it was converted into a three-bedroom house.

The issue here is that we have gone a little far on the property. I have instructed a surveyor, awaiting the mortgage application offer and a solicitor awaiting our signatures to proceed.

Please I need advice to either continue with the survey, renegotiate the price with the buyer, or wait for the bank's valuation.

Didn't fill some of my low bids on alyts I was hoping to fill...
For now, I'm currentl playing alyts in their previous range and looking to catch proper breakouts... Also got cash in hand (as always) to add on retraces

For those asking, this is the first proper correction since the retrace from 12k to 10k.

Also, around the 21w ema, betece will usually outperform most alyts. It might be worth sticking mainly to betece now and stop trying to catch the alyt bottom... They're likely to keep bleeding for weeks even when betece is stable...

With all said, don't forget we're still in a bullrun, dips will be bought quickly

Who are the MMM? We the participats are the MMM. If it fails we caused it, and if retains, we made it happen. MMM is not a get rich scheme where you just become a millionaire overnight. MMM is like donation where participants are to donate to one another to help themselves just like aesusu or ajo in youruba language.
The aim of MMM is to help A so that A can basically use the interest and return back to help others.
But we Nigeria are too greedy. Once you get helped, you don't want to provide help anymore, forgetting someone helped you too.
The so called guiders are not even helping matters. I believe the aim of those guiders and consultants is to help the scheme.
The only reason why MMM will stay are the guiders and consultants. If you've earned 2million without capital, why not provide help of 1million naira and allow other participants to benefit from the scheme.
Sergey Mavrodi is not having any participant money. He earn his money just as Mark Zuckerberg earn his.

@ CC, yea, she is really a good mother becos I can bet my life she has no bf or whatever after late husband. Sometimes she stil weep anytime she remember their short memories of love 2gether. I started reading this thread yesterday and the thread made me have another orientation about marriage.
Marriage is sweet when u marry the right person dat gives u joy . It's not abt marrying a person becos u're growing old or something else.
@ Mr Serubawon , U're a rare gem ! U're one in a trillion. I wish my mum read this post when she lost her husband abt 15yrs ago. She was 35 years old then. The lost almost tire her apart to the extent of throwing her ring to the river. I remember she won't wear good clothes becos she was tormented by the devil. She refuses to let go until d lord intervened.
She believed then, that she can never see any man to fill d love her late husband . She belived nobody wuld love her d way her husband does. Besides she doesn't want her children to suffer because of d love she and her husband shared together.
I briefed dis story 2 her after reading pages 1 - 16 . She was like .... 'Wow! dat man was really like me wen I lost ur dad. He his really a gud man . I'm happy he found his love back.'
I think my mum is now wanting a man now #wink#. Becos each time I tell her ur love is on his way coming soon. All she do is smile n tell me examples of women who lost there husbands longtime ago and finally found their love back.
