Hi everyone, please does anyone know if going to Lagos for my next visa interview will hamper my chances? I was denied in Abuja in Decemeber and i also live in Abuja. I want to know if it'll be suspicious that i came from Abuja to Lagos. Thanks

Was at the lagos consulate for my interview with my family this morning, went with my wife and daughter 5 months old. here's the transcript ;


Vo: how did you get start up fund
Me: family support
Vo: what's your net worth ( he rephrase it severally and asked if I understand
Me: 7million monthly

Sorry to ask you this question.. Is it a must you must fly with Virgin? I think Lufthansa is cheaper and also have you called the airline to confirm?

The question is, which airline are you going on? If it stops and tkes off from heathrow, no visa needed. If it stops at heathrow and takes off from gatwick, then you need a visa. That would be Virgin, had that ish with them one time.

You don't need a transit visa if you're flying BA or Virgin Atlantic to your destination
You don't need a transit visa if you will be in the airport waiting for the next flight
You don't need a transit visa if your flight is taking off from the same airport you flew into e.g Heathrow
You don't need a transit visa if your connecting flight is under 24hrs.

No need to cancel ur appointment please,just go with a passport on dat day make sure u get to the embassy early,just down the embassy road u will see those guy dat will help u fill the form again n upload ur pix make sure u hold money sha.like 5k for a print out o .

I went for my Interview with my spouse this morning, but the surprising thing is that..

The Visa Officer said, We will get back to you in two working business day.

And he issued us a white paper with heading of Date, Case Number and so on.

Please has anyone be issue this before after his/her interview.

1) its true ur fellow nigerian dont like ur progress

2) people kept a whole lot of idle money

3) it is possible to rule Nigerians but the leaders dont know the key.

4) Cbn is not helping the common man and there are no good thinkers

5) People dont mind there business...they are more interested in another persons business.

Now, by the next decade and new version of mmm will show up but it will run better this decade if it shows up very soon.

Simple, create something like mmm and take a percentage as reserve to save the system during crash. Never pause the system, just make sure u have enough reserve to save the system. Microfinance banks should use mmm style...it will benefit all. I believe mmm has alot of un harvested potentials.

We don't have to argue and we all are entitled to our opinions. Unilag only gave guidelines to the type of dressing they want on campus and won't come disturb anyone who does that outside the school environment. If it suits you to dress provocatively, then suit yourself
