this is not a comment about doctors but some occupations are more prone to promiscuity than others due to the nature of the work. for instance working late nights, frequent traveling, females soliticing for business/clients etc.

For example, as a female it is difficult to be in sales or "business development" in Nigeria without constant sexual pressure from clients/potential business partners. Sales/business development is one job where a woman should be assumed to be promiscuous until proven otherwise....especially if she is beautiful or successful or both.
