Hello Everyone..
Please pardon my mistakes if I make any cause this is the first time I'm creating a new topic.

In 2018 I had one of my left molar tooth extracted and after some months I noticed my right cheek became bigger than the left cheek. I ignored it cause I wasn't feeling any pains in my right cheek. But recently my right cheek is looking so fat and weak compared to my left cheek.

Please I need advice on what to do about it cause I'm not feeling any pains in my cheek and this isn't really visible physically but in photos its so obvious..

What do you think is the cause?? Or solution??
