Religion / Re: Israel’s Reshet TV Documentary On T.B. Joshua’s Relocation (Video) by Giannakopoulos(f): 1:58pm On May 07, 2017
martyns303:
T.B Joshua MUST NOT be allowed to leave. 60% of our tourism cannot be allowed out the door.

There are a few things Nigeria is known for, and religion is one of the biggest. The Nigerian government must do everything to persuade Joshua to stay. See how the Israelis are working hard for the relocation, why is the Nigerian government not fighting as hard to retain him?

To Joshua, Sir, you said you want to touch lives. Sir there are far more Christians in Nigeria than Isreal, meaning u can reach more people being in Nigeria than Isreal.

The people working, living and doing business around the synagogue must protest Joshua's decision. They are about to lose their source of income.

Dear Mr 60%,how do you benefit from the 60% or are you just busy writing what you saw on social media. Prophet TB Joshua shouldn't leave, not considering this 60% you're are busy writing everywhere.

The labour law should not let them operate. thats the point. we blame politicians for corruption, isnt this some form of corruption. many will say its business
That would take ages BC even in US there are outsourcing firms. The companies that contract them benefits immensely dear.

manikspears:

Do you work or own an outsourcing firm?bro for you to totally enjoy what you sow you don't need an outsourcing firm.how much do real bankers get and how much do contract staffs get?let alone the level they can get to.abeg don't defend what is not.
I have had a proposal from an outsourcing firm before saying based on what I saw in it & not defending them.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Mark Zuckerberg Vs Nigerian Outsourcing Firms by Giannakopoulos(f): 8:42am On May 04, 2017
TerrorSquad147:
I once worked with a company that provides security services, before the operatives (guards) are being paid, the company removes about 60-65% of the money paid by the people they're rendering the service to.
Well, before an outsourcing firm gets a contract, they make proposal to the company and that proposal contains everything(welfare, percentage to be taken etc) so if they slash such a percentage you mentioned which I doubt, you should blame the the company for accepting such terrible terms and not really blaming the outsourcing firms.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Mark Zuckerberg Vs Nigerian Outsourcing Firms by Giannakopoulos(f): 8:28am On May 04, 2017
TerrorSquad147:
I understand you, but concerning that percentage ish, trust me I know what I'm talking about.
Do you think the Company that gives the contract to the outsourcing firms would allow an outrageous cut in staff salary. Everything is agreed by the company and the outsourcing firm and the company being the client in my opinion has the better say. Outsourcing firms can't slash salaries on their own.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Mark Zuckerberg Vs Nigerian Outsourcing Firms by Giannakopoulos(f): 8:14am On May 04, 2017
TerrorSquad147:
I hate outsourcing firms, they make the contracted staff look like slaves. How can a company be paying #200k and the outsourcing firm would slash the money by more than half and be paying you around #70k, is that not wickedness?
I don't agree totally with you. The company needs outsourcing firms first because they want to pay a lesser amount to some staff compared to that of a full staff(ie minimize cost to increase ROI) and also do not want to pass through financial stress of sourcing for the right candidate, interviews and documentation.Outsourcing firms being your employer and your manager has to get a percentage for their job as well & the percentage is not as big as you feel. So in all, the Company benefits most, the Outsourcing firms are doing their jobs based on the terms of agreement and the candidates have an option of not taking the job if they feel they are cheated. I hope this is helpful.

You can't say that. whether one has regard for police or not, police has been trained to do their job.
