My first valentine ended in tears
Back then in Senior secondary school(2010),I was in love with titilope,I wanted to make her feel special on Val day so I started saving early to buy her gifts.(let me divert a little,my parents respect me up to now with my saving habit,as in, I started saving for myself at the age of 3yrs old.till I meet my target before I open the safe no matter how much I need)
I was collecting #50 for food then,I'll save the money and then drink garri,cuz we always have it at home then)boom I saved #1,200(mathematicians should help me calculate)so I bought my titilope Val card and a flower then stole my sister's #500 so that I'll buy her food and drinks.
Long story short,after closing hour, I decided to see her off bcuz we follow different part home.we got to the school gate,believe me MY TITILOPE GAVE MY FLOWER AND CARD TO SOMEONE ELSE RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME(A GUY)I was just standing there looking like a lifeless boy.IT ENDED IN TEARS.....
I can't forget that memory been my first Val...Since then,have never celebrated Val with anybody
I'm in love again,but she's far away from me,imma celebrate my mom's birthday (She's my Val)
Titilope is still my friend on Facebook (I don't cut
negaive people off)that's my bad side
