you have to stop apologizing for complaining on this thread lol that's what this thread is for. Sorry about what you're going thru. Many of us went thru the same horrible phase. You just have to endure and keep your spirits up. Try and leave the house for a few hours daily the fresh air helps

It's nt a myth abt not seeing AF wen u r EBF. I did EBF (wth water tho) for my children stringently 4 6 months n then breastfed 4 1yr and 3 solid months ( wth formula) and I didn't see AF till after 15 months wen I stopped breastfeeding it showed three months later. I was soo lucky cos I used EBF as my own FP and it didn't fail me.

haha hubby has been asking me to stop since he said he doesn't know where I'm getting the energy. I want to see if my kid sis can come to lag for a month and follow me to work with her so I can still breastfeed. If not I'd stop when I start work next month. Don't think i can pump enough milk for creche with the way she eats As for cattahr she had a chest infection so we used Zinnat suspension. Just cover him well don't even mind the sweating

lol I think that's just a myth Jare. That's how they said EBF would help you lose weight and it's making me fat here cuz it gets me soooo hungry even worse than pregnancy hunger. I'm doing EBF o even planning to stop at five months cuz my baby eats too much. Even Sansa is doing EBF and got her period bàck in six weeks

i had one too. The doctor wanted to pop it back after delivery and i was already too tired of everything popping out and in so I was screaming leave it like that ooo. It was really painful that first week. Freeze a bag of satchetwater so that u would always have ice to place on it. Or do sitz baths with water from the freezer. They both feel so good. don't eat anything that would lead to straining while pooing and always wash with water after pooing. The pain and swelling would stop if you don't stress the area

For this particular one, I used

3 cups of flour
One cup of granulated sugar
A pinch of salt
1/3 teaspoon of nutmeg
4 teaspoons of yeast


Get a medium sized bowl, sieve the flour into the bowl
Add your sugar, yeast, salt and nutmeg and mix with your hands or spatula

Get one cup of warm water and pour into the flour and mix with your hands (it's messy but it'll mix better and it will be smoother) Gradually pour the water while you mix. Be mindful so it doesn't get too runny. When your batter consistency is like pap ish, then you cover the bowl with foil or if you don't have foil, you can use a clean nylon and then put one kitchen towel in it to help trap heat

Put the bowl inside a warm place for 45mins. By then the batter should have risen and the quantity should be double or almost double. (my trick is that I pre heat my oven. I don't make it too hot, just warm, then I turn it off and put the bowl inside for the flour to rise)

Put your oil on fire (I usually use a small pot, that way I don't use too much oil)

When the oil is hot, scoop the batter in you hand (scoop a small quantity to avoid mess), then squeeze the batter between your thumb and index finger (If you can't do this method, you can get a round spoon, dip in oil, then scoop the batter into the hot oil)
When one side is golden brown, you turn the other side to fry too

Sometimes when you turn the puff puff for the second side to fry, you may notice that it will turn back again. If this happens don't worry, just use your frying spoon to stir it like you should stir fried potatoes
Fry on medium heat to avoid burnt puff puff

Just wanted to mention that you only mix instant yeast this way. If you are using active dry yeast you have to soak it in warm water for a couple of minutes to activate it before u pour into the mix. If not it won't rise. Read the pack to figure out the kinda yeast you have or ask your friend google

Here it goes, tie a wrapper loosely around your waist, carefully put your baby on your back or ask your baby be put on your back since its a first time, HOLDING HER FIRMLY. Bend a little, loose the wrapper and tie around baby from her neck though not too tight but should be firm then use another material not as big as wrapper but as long to tie around baby's bum/waist.
