Hian, don't go and collapse one day where you are busy filling yourself with vegetable, I think you should still eat your normal food like rice, beans, Eba, just don't eat too much and avoid junk food and other excessive long throat. It's not like you are going to get the baby to lose weight

it rained so bad here that I started having cold.... I mean cold, been a while I had that feeling and the smell of the sand outside was heavenly but I couldn't go out to taste any of it*lols*

To all of the mama who gave their advice, I appreciate it and I appreciate your comments, it went a long way and I was able to sleep in the afternoon cos I no longer feel lost.... na to repackage myself...
I told my mom about it and she said my dad was also like that when it comes to money issues but I should wake him up in the middle of the night and cry and tell him what I wanted.... ok, I tried it ooo this morning by 12am and can you believe he gave me the cheque to pay back the debt cos he doesn't want my bp to rise...
I just smiled and cleaned my crocodile tears and thanked him but I have learnt my lesson ooo

Not always, I've had swollen feet for most of my pregnancy, my urine gets tested at every check up and I've never been told I've protein.

Even me too am using LMP cos the way scan is fluctuating can confuse somebody. My Doc asked last wk if I would like 2 be induced, I said bring it on...He has given lo grace of 2wks

@giddyperson i understand u very well but I live in the UK and had my son in winter - cold i know but u know preg women get hot quicker. Also, like i said earlier i craved ice during my labour and afterwards too. Some people say it is good but after eating ice for 3weeks nonstop pp, i realised it wasnt normal so went to the docs and found i was actually anaemic - u might not be

I wouldnt rule out checking for anaemia anyways cos some it also does occur during preg. at least you have a peace of mind

Lol so waka reliefs contractions, I thought it induces it. I want to go to the market and stock up foodstuffs for post delivery days but I don't know if I should still be doing that kinda waka. Before I born market baby You have sha inspired me to give it a shot.

Mamas oo. just came out from scan now. And am not happy. Actually went to check baby sex. But was told my cervix Is dialleting. Feeling very bad. What could cause incopetent cervix and what can i do about this. Am not feeling any pains just ok

I've seen this link before, and I don't understand the oyibo people craving ice in their cold countries. I think I just love it cuz it keeps my body cold. Same way I can't pass those bicycle ice cream sellers without stopping to buy. Same way I sometimes knock on my neighbour's door to shamelessly ask for cold water but cold water is never cold enough these days.

Sorry about what you are going through but please don't let it affect your exams. One of my worst results in school was in third year second semester when I was having a fight with my boyfriend now husband, while people were busy preparing for the exams, I was busy listening to Beyonce's broken hearted girl with my ear piece over and over again, trying to convince myself that I wasn't broken hearted, I literally couldn't read a word. I actually scored an E in that exam, today when I look at my transcript, I still remember that song and feel so stupid. So many things could happen in future, you guys could get back together again, you could meet someone way better, either way in a couple of years this might not even matter so just try to let it affect your studying cuz the results would matter. Exams aside, so sorry about your break up, try to focus on the thought that better things lie ahead and you are now free to pursue them.
