Please I have a very small piece of land, the land is 18 by 60, I want to build two storey, (ground floor, first and second floor, I contacted an architect and he gave me a simple architectural drawing after measuring and analysing the land.
I want to know the approximate cost of erecting the building,
A little explanation of the drawing,
Ground floor will have 3 shops with restroom and parking space for two cars,
First floor and second floor will have a self contain and a room and parlor selfcon each.

Your shoulder joint always dislocating can basically signify one thing.
That the cartilage that supports the joint is weak/loose and cant sulport the hoint anymore.
The bone of the arm (humerus) anatomically is bigger than where it fits(glenoid cavity), so this cartilage-ish thingy called Glenoidal labrum comes into play. It lines the rim of the glenoid cavity in an attempt to deepen it for the humerus to fit in well.
So if your own joint is constantly dislocating that nost likely points out that your glenoidal labrum may be bad/damaged/weak or loose and it needs to be repaired. Tgis repair should come in the form of a surgery to tighten it. So i suggest you go to a fed hospital for proper examination and then surgery.

If its something you really want to do then go ahead and do it. The age really dosent matter. In my school we have cases of people over 30 in yr1 and more. So just put aside the age thingy and it will be over in a jiffy.

I feel your pain bro. My receeding hairline has always started from midfield from even when i dey small, smh. Meanwhile my advice is to learn to be comfortable in your skin.
1. No new to start buying all these remedies and drugs( they will just chop chop ur money and might end up not giving you the desired results).
2. No caps too they just give u temporary relief.
3. Learn to feel free in your own skin. When I look myself in the mirror sometimes, i feel am like am one of the ugliest things walking on earth, but most times I go out and I get compliments on how handsome i look (not trying to blow my trumpet lol).
4. Try and find a nice hairstyle that suits you, and avoid carving too.

Who posted this trash here? For you to have mentioned some of those roads in Ebonyi State means you are high on hard drugs. All the Ebonyi State roads you mentioned here are so clean without a single Pothole. Abakaliki-Afikpo Road is a clean tarred road, Amasiri-Okigwe Road has a "Nylon Tar" which was constructed by Former Senate President, Anyim Pius Anyim, his home town is along that road in Ivo LGA. In further display of your ignorance, you mentioned Ivo-Oso Road, which is still part of the Amasiri-Okigwe Road. This is pure trash. Vanguard or whoever posted this trash should always do a thorough research before posting stuff like this.
