I want to appreciate everyone who lent their voice with their suggestions, they have been helpful.
Actually I went to driving school and learned both Manual and Automatic. Right now I will just buy what I can afford. I am yet to make final decision until at the point of purchase. Thank you

Are you for comfort or experience.
Sincerely i will advice you to go for automatic.

I have made my mind not to go for it. This is useful

QuickTrade:
The only advantage is that if you master driving manual, you can easily drive any other.

However, do you know how to drive already? If not, you will get the clutch burnt severally.

In terms of resale, it is easier to sell auto gear vehicles than manual.

Hope this helps.
Thank you

If you’re asking, you already know it’s wrong. Will you perform interstate travels? Do so with a manual transmission and find out.
Thank you
Car TalkIs It Wise To Buy A Manual Transmission As A First Car? by GideonG(op): 10:16pm On May 11
Hello Nairalanders,

Please I need your honest advice.

I am considering buying a Toyota Corolla 2010 as my first car, but the one I am seeing is manual transmission. I know most people prefer automatic, especially in city traffic, but I also hear that manual cars can be cheaper to maintain, more fuel-efficient, and sometimes more durable if handled well.

My concern is that this will be my first car, and I am still thinking about whether manual transmission is a good idea for a beginner, especially with Nigerian traffic and daily movement.

Please for those who have used manual cars before, especially Corolla manual:

Is it advisable for a first-time car owner?

Is the maintenance easier or cheaper than automatic?

Will it be stressful in traffic?

Does it affect resale value badly?

What should I check before buying a manual Corolla 2010?

I will appreciate your sincere advice before making payment.

Thank you.

Are you this immature and undisciplined? Can't you shut up and keep things to yourself? Do you know the gaunt strides some of us have made this year alone and we don't post it online ?

Who raised you to be this dysfunctional?

Shame
Thank you for your advise

Very, very possible. The only issue is the clashing of exam time. As a matter of fact, two masters degree programs at thesame time is only achievable in Nigeria if one is being run in conventional university and other in open university. But the fact is this; Can you commit yourself to serious reading and researching in other to achieve both?
Serious reading is not going to be easy

It depends on your programme

For undergraduate, budget between 80k to 130k for your first semester and budget between 57-65k for subsequent semesters. The fee will go up again when you want to register any non-examinable course.

For postgraduate, budget 100k to 120k for first semester and 70k subsequent semesters. It will also increase when you want to register non-examinable course.

Note: these are estimates and may be higher or lower
Your info is invaluable, thank you very much. Please help me check cost for msc artificial intelligence
