Gideon is actually right. CSS,HTML etc. are not real programming languages, they are referred to as Scripting languages. From my little knowledge, some programming functions like CONTROL STRUCTURES and ARRAZ can't be implemented on the scripting languages.

I think you Misinterpreted Him. For sure, HTML, CSS, Javascript are scripting languages. If you want to be sincere with yourself, you'ld agree with me HTML is something a programmer can learn in 12hours.

Anyway,It all depends on what u what 2 achieve or specify into,HTML,CSS,PHP,Javascript/Jquery.They are the programming languages of the web,if that's not ur area,it's someone else's.It's mine btw.

C,C++,Python,Java etc.These are 4 apps and games.

There are over a hundred programming languages,all 4 various fields.The fact that it's not urs,and it's not as complicated as urs,does not mean it's not a Language.

I av been making dynamic web pages 4 over a year now,this is where I make my money from.

Though I applaud the fact that u are into a gud field that experiences a great boom in terms of money.Keep the hardwork up.

Thanks bro I appreciate, but in all sincerity I mean it, those are not programming languages, the only one close to that is javascript and I didn't say PHP is not a programming language, PHP is a full stack language. HTML, and CSS are just client side scripting technologies. I too have been using them for close to a decade as a matter of fact I am more of a front end programmer the only thing is I don't do graphics. But you can't do web development without them. I can't call them programming languages because they can program stuffs for me. Any HTML5 is amazing may be you are talking from that point of view but hey, computer programming languages are languages for real!

Programming languages: PHP, Python, Ruby, Java, C++, C#, ASP, ASP.NET, C, GO, SCALAR etc

Scripting technologies: HTML, CSS and Javascript but javascript can be used to develop any program because it's wide and can be called a programming language ( sometimes) while jQuery is just a frame work of javascript or better still, call it javascript library. I'm really impress wit ur skills in building websites that's absolute brilliant!

If I should ever work then I need no big company or something, I prefer to be a Lecturer so I can have ample time for other engagement and keep on furthering, cos I wanna have Ph.d like maaaaad!
